I wasn't very happy with my birthday lunch today. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was so dry it was hard to chew. I ended up not able to eat it and my mom split her Philly with me and I ate her fries. Great Philly and terrific fries. Best I've had in years.

So, I took my family to grab a bite to eat, and they had no complaints about this place. Everything was great
Food was very good. Sat at the bar to eat once I got my food never was asked if I needed anything or how it was. And had to ask for my check. Nice place if traveling thru again I will probably eat here again.

Went Panama city beach on vacation. Stopped at Jake and Rips on the way down and the way back. Great food and excellent service. Ali and Toni were amazing! Made us feel welcome and provided excellent service.
Found this place traveling from Memphis. Reminded me of Texas Roadhouse.
Food gets a 4 out of 5. It was very delicious and affordable. I will say the amount of sides is really small though. They have this brown butter cake that is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Overall I'm very pleased with the food.
The service was good I give it a 4 out of 5. It wasn't over the top good.but compared to some of the restaurants we delt with in Memphis they were on too.
Now here comes the hard part of the review. The place looks nice. It was clean and all. However, they have a few racially sensitive art pieced hanging on the wall. That's all I got to say about that.
Overall 4 out of 5. Best experience out here so far.

We got the Onion Rings for Starters! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I had the Philly Chesesteak and wife had the grilled chicken salad. I could have 3 of those Phillies they were so good!!! Bread was perfect, meat was perfectly cooked! The correct mix of cheese, onions and peppers! Man I am getting Hungary just thinking about it! We took steaks home as well and they were great even warmed over so I can’t imagine how good they would have been eaten there! We were there Saturday, July 14th, hats of to the cook!!! Service was great as well!

Bought a vehicle in Grenada and our salesman referred us to Jack & Rips. Ordered onion rings with comeback sauce for the appetizer, a catfish platter and beef tips. Our food was fantastic as well as our service! This place is worth driving to.
