I placed a call in order with 4 orders. Every order was wrong. And a cheese dip was left off. I had to correct the person taking the orders several times over the phone and the order was still wrong without complicated orders.

The manager that was on duty tonight, has very terrible customer service. I order wings and they came out white. I asked for the wings to be removed from my order and she refused stating nothing is wrong with them. If they are to my liking that I’m paying for then something is wrong. Will not be returning the name no way means exactly that no way!

I thought no way Jose was a cute name but it ended up being that no way Jose will I come back here ! Stopped by here this morning at opening because I saw on the online menu that they had grilled chicken breast. My dog Travels With Me on my solo trips and we usually share a meal. I'm a big vegetable eater, he's a dog he eats meat. So I went in to place it to go order the fellow was pretty nice and told me yes I could get a plain grilled chicken breast with no seasoning no salt nothing on it and I ordered a side of grilled broccoli and a side of sauteed mushrooms with it. So imagine my disappointment when I get down the road and we stopped to have something to eat and I discover the chicken was drenched in lemon juice and had four slices of lemon laying on top of it! I specifically asked for the chicken to be PLAIN!! I really wish that people followed instructions / directions. Lemons and lemon juice is toxic to dogs so obviously now I could not give my dog the chicken. This part of I-55 before you get to Jackson has very few exits with very little on it so because I now had nothing for my dog to eat he had to wait until I could get somewhere and get him something. The broccoli and mushrooms were out of this world! This could have been a five-star review except for somebody screwing up my morning by not following directions and trying to kill my dog! :-(

If the waiters were more nice then this place could easily get 5 stars. But the workers have extremely poor attitudes. And unfortunately none of them will help even when they are wrong. LaCabana is a better choice. Believe me.
