I live in Missouri and the Orleans Bistro is in Grenada, Mississippi but it is well worth the 400 mile drive to eat there. It's in the old part of town and doesn't have the best ambiance (although the real fire in the fireplace was nice) but it makes up for that with the quality of food and excellent service. I visit a friend in the area twice a year and the highlight is always dining at the Bistro. My personal favorite is the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp with fresh fruit and grilled asparagus. My friend had the filet and her mother had crab cakes. All was superb. Your glass never got empty and the wait staff was attentive but not overly attentive because that's just annoying! I highly recommend this place. Check days and hours before going because the hours vary.

A family-friendly spot. The food was more authentically Cajun seasoned than I expected in Grenada.

Found this wonderful restaurant on our way home after traveling The Trace. We started with fried mushrooms , and our entrees were salmon and tuna steak. We followed that with an awesome turtle cheesecake and amazing peach cobbler egg roll. We look forward to our next trip around Grenada.

Truly a hidden gem just a couple of miles from I55 and oh was it worth it. Food was prepared with perfection, the wait staff was courteous and amazingly coordinated to be their best for customers. The indoor and outside seating gave a beautiful backdrop for a total dining experience. Pricing was quite decent for this level of goodness. It will be a go to establishment whenever I am in the area.

Had dinner here with my family from California and for as long as I’ve been living in the surrounding area I’ve never heard of this place. Food was delicious! Service was great and very friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back I had the Madi Gras Pasta, it was perfect and plenty of food.

We got here at 5:00 on a football Saturday evening so the restaurant wasn't full. Between the four of us we had gumbo, fried mushrooms, bacon-wrapped shrimp, red beans and rice, and tobacco onions. All were excellent! The portions were good and the tastes were awesome! Service was great, food was great and the prices were reasonable. Definitely, a do over!

I travel for a living, and this hidden gem is my favorite place to eat in the state of Mississippi. I had the Catfish Thibodeaux, a shrimp and crabmeat stuffed panko bread crumb incrusted catfish filet topped with a Jalepeño cream sauce. They serve it over a veggie rice pilaf which by itself would be amazing. Their appetizers are fantastic, and the Seafood Gumbo is some of the best you'll get anywhere. Also, I love their bread pudding. They also have very good steaks. All in all it's hard to top it!!!

Wow. We are down on a fishing trip and this restaurant was mentioned to us by the owner of our house we are staying in. She sure didn’t fool us on this restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious and amazing. The worst of art was we had to wait for quite a while by come to find out they had grill cook that wasn’t there Friday night. It sure was worth the wait though. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this place. The food is amazing. I tried the boudin balls which were really good, and then the pimento cheese ball were surprisingly pleasant (ya gots ta try deez), and they understand the definition of medium rare which is a plus with anyone that sells you a steak. I think the downfall is atmosphere, the building is outdated. At a resturant serving food this they should a few taps and a bar maybe however, the parking really doesn't afford them opportunity to draw in more buiseness.
