The service wasn’t bad, there just weren’t enough wait staff for the crowd that was there. The food wasn’t bad, they just didn’t Kerri the buffet stocked. If I’m paying for an all you want buffet, please have something that I not only want, have SOMETHING period. I don’t eat salad, so that’s not going to fill in the gaps for the lack of pizza on the buffet. In addition, they DID stock the dessert items, but they were usually VERY under cooked - meaning, they were literally RUNNING off the tray. Oh, last gripe, if you want a “to-go” drink, be ready to pay for the cup.

It's suppose to be a buffet but you get there and there is hardly anything to choose from. No spaghetti noodle, barely any sauce. A few pizzas to choose from. You ask about it and you get oh It's in the oven. In the meanwhile people are sitting there waiting for food. It's a buffet, they should keep it supplied at all times. This isn't the first or second time we've been there. We will not be going back.

Unsanitary handling of food and drinks. Ice bucket and garbage can was right beside the other on my October 2023 visit. I asked why and I was told ice machine was broken. This pizza Inn needs to be visited by a Health Inspector in the very near future. Anyone who would put an ice bucket by a garbage can shouldn't even be working there and it needs to be inspected before someone gets very ill. I won't go back.

The food was 5 star as Pizza Inns usually are. The pizza was good. Tried to place order online but it didn’t go through. Ordered at the counter. The lady that helped let me know it was very inconvenient to have to help me. Then after the food was done I asked for a fork and she told that would be an extra $1. What on earth!! Won’t be back to this place again.
