This is a subway. TAKE THE SUBWAY COUPONS! These people refuse to take any SUBWAY coupons you have! Got a cold cut and a turkey, tomatoes were not fresh at all and the lettuce was browning. We got our order from the drive through. Disgusting and dishonorable! Refuse to return!

We went through the drive through. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Ok the price was a dollar higher than the price on menu board. I complained about. The girl at window left window and came back and told me they were letting me have at the lower price. I said thank you . But they paid me back for complaining. Next to no meat, three small chunks of peppers, three slices of onions and NO CHEESE at all on a foot long. Asked for toasted. They didn’t toast it either . This was a first time going through the drive through. Plus they refused to honor the coupons we had. Doubt I’ll go back soon if ever.

She was informative, talkative, polite, and engaging by not only showing me how to put my rewards number in, to get my points, but to also inform me on how to eat the Homestyle Chicken Salad Wrap! Thank you again, and keep up the great customer experience!
Overall, it was a great experience. The woman checking out before us was a real treat, but the young ladies maintained their composure and did not let negativity ruin their day.
