1 6 25.... staff is nice and friendly but their chicken patties on the spicy chicken are half of what they were in the recent past. Not happy with the meal I had today. Also it's freezing cold in here. Help your customers feel comfortable. Turn the heat up!

Ordered through the mobile app so there should be no way to get my order wrong if you can spell but of course it wa?? wrong. Barely warm and they were really busy so I don't see how that was possible. Then they big guy that half way greeted me called it a door dash order. They weren't very polite except for a girl that smiled leaving work. Just won't be back here??

Bad experience.., My first bad experience is when I walked in and the manager turned his back at me when he turned his back to me after I got to the counter. He spoke something to a worker I had to wait five minutes as if I did something wrong by walking in. The second time when I gave the manager my money for my foo, he balled it up like trash and put it in the drawer.

If there was a way to rate zero stars thats what I would rate it at. Signs all over the windows says dining room opens at 6:30am. It's 8:25 and still not a soul to be found. I guess the 1 star rating will be because at tleast the building is there.

I came to the drive thru at Wendy's and I was sitting at the drive thru speaker and was trying to see if anyone was gonna take my order. And when I kept saying hello the little girl got on the speaker and said i was rude for just waiting impatiently but only if she would've said it. please hold the first time I was sitting at speaker. Just a very rude cashier and disrespectful.
