Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Breanna was our cashier on 8/16/25 at 12:15pm and she was amazing for us and wanted to bring our food to the table and went out of her way to say sorry about the extra wait for our food when she already told us it would be a little wait. She was like that with all her customers and she’s a great example of a great employee

I've been to this place three times three different occasions and the food was just horrible every single time I will not be visiting this place again I was hoping the third time would be the charm yes the people were nice but they don't know how to make the food.

I love the sensation salad, but they barely give you any lettuce and maybe one chicken finger cut up on it same with the Cobb salad not worth the money

They did a great job handling our large youth group. 30+ orders and drinks. Everyone was helpful, polite and patient

The young lady was not attentive in service. Given off, much attitude 😒 not good c.s.

But the young man with a green star on his face. Very pleasant and helpful with choices and suggestions on meal options.

In the women's restroom, it was very slippery, and the water just ran in the sink.

Yesssssss the food was luke warm and salty. Had to ride back to the STL with this.

No sauce

Tried it for the 1st and last time. After stating that it was our 1st time to the cashier, she never instructed us on how their food comes or suggested anything.
Drinks were self-serve from the dual machine that gives drink and ice, but we weren't told that the ice function didn't work. The individual ice machine was in a dark counter that you would not notice until we had to ask the cashier. The drink machine had watered down sodas no matter the kind.
My husband and I food was ordered 1st, but came out last and room temp. When asking why it was cold, we were told they held it until another person's sandwich was finished cooking. Their sauces drenched the chicken and was salty. Their sauces were salty. The fries were over salted. Above that, their floors were cleaned with some kind of solution that caused our tennis shoes to lose their grip. A tensive experience.

I absolutely love Zaxby’s! I would choose it over Raising Cane any day; I just wish they had one closer to my house!

Chicken fingers are not good at Zaxby's. Definitely better options
