Brutal Honesty
Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Customer service is usually top notch and workers are polite. Every now and then you get cranky ones. All in all, I really enjoy Zaxby's.
The fries were fresh for a change. But service needs more work.

The food here was so amazing and the staff was friendly, upbeat and excited to be there! even the kitchen staff was vibrant and smiling. I love it there! can’t wait to visit again while passing through MS ✨ I wish nothing but blessings & positivity for this entire crew.

Finally ate at Zaxby's Grenada after it's been here for years....We had the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad. Oh my goodness what a scrumptious salad. We were stuffed and couldn't finish the whole salad. I will be going back for more!
