It was too many fried items for my liking. Don't get me wrong the fried items were good. I'd just prefer something like baked fish and steamed broccoli. Instead the broccoli was deep fried. It was delicious prepared that way. But for those of us who need to avoid fried foods there was few options besides the smoked chicken quarters.
I order somethings for my brother's repast a few weeks ago. Dealing with the shock of his death. Had me just now able to make this post. The food is great when you visit them in restaurant or go by to get takeout. But my experience having them cater was jacked up. I had them cater their sweet potatoes and dressing. The dressing was an almost close to what I had in the restaurant on Sunday's and the sweet potatoes weren't even close to what we get on Sunday's...

Back during one of numerous power outages we experienced during the winter, I brought my family for Sunday lunch rather than stay in a cold, dark house being miserable. Let me tell you, other than a wobbly table, the service was warm and the food was delicious, all like a big hug during a time of despair.
