Bumpers Drive-In of America

Only 5 speakers work at the place. Carhops don’t bring change with them when they bring your order out in hopes of you saying oh you can keep the change, because they’ll tell you - I don’t have change, I’ll have to go inside to get change. And most of the time no one wants to wait for them to go inside, get change, and come back. They charge for ketchup packets, over cook the tots. Attitude from everyone working there. They’ll literally hired ANYBODY!!!!

Hazlehurst Ms has the best bumpers to me.It remind you of ole fashioned days.When you had out movies night or when you only had bumpers and there was no burger king or only McDonald's.

This is the best place to eat in hazelhurst for the fast food side no one else can compete with the service outstanding employees wonderful I highly recommend the strawberry milkshake awesome best in town only place I ever get fast food at and it's because of the fact that it's just plane good food must go there and enjoy as I do have a great day

Food was hot, fresh and fast. Employees were friendly. I tried the Philly steak and cheese that was delicious. My only regret was i should ordered a second for later.

***Long story. Well worth the moment of your time to read***Decided to give this place a chance. Was not the best decision. Pulled up in the evening, I believe there was only one other customer there. Placed my over $14.00 order and waited way to long considering how slow it was, literally about 20 min. A young girl finally brought out my order and she was very friendly. I opened up my bag and immediately saw a small bag of wilted slightly warm fries. Based off the picture examples on the menu, I decided on a grilled chicken sandwich and a hamburger (I put a picture of what is on the menu to show what you are ordering and I also put a picture of the sandwiches that I got).I had motioned for the waitress to come back over; and I showed her both the sandwiches (I did not show the fries to her, only commented about them) and pointed out the pictures on the menu. I asked her if she thought they looked like the menu example and if she would be happy to eat the sandwich catastrophes? She giggled and said; "no sir", and asked if I would like them remade, or speak with the assistant manager. Then I giggled and said "no". I did not have time to stay any longer and I know what "could possibly" happen to my food if I would have done so.The following day, I went back to Bumpers and spoke with the actual Manager and explained that I was very dissatisfied with the order that I was unable to eat from the night before, showed her the pictures of what looked like vomit on a man handled bun, and asked if I could have a refund. She was friendly but absolutely denied allowing a refund, and offered to have it remade. I explained that I did not want to take the chance on the food again and just wanted a refund. The refund was still denied. The next day, I went back; and even though I was hesitant, she assured me that she would make the order and guaranteed that it would be made correct and I would not be dissatisfied!Because of the positive reassurance by the manager, my assumption was that the order would look close to, if not exactly like the pictures on the menu; so I felt comfortable enough and even convinced my coworkers to get lunch; which came out to an additional $42.00 along with a separate order of a Philly cheese steak sandwich and a hamburger for myself. I opted out of getting fries with my order.. When the manager brought out my food, I specifically asked if she made it. She did let me know that the cook made it and she assured me it was made correct. I was not happy about that since she assured me that she would be making the order or at least I thought that is what she said. I went ahead and asked her to wait a moment as I checked my order. To my dismay, I was definitely let down by what I saw! The Philly at least looked ok, but was very small and no where near the menu example. The chicken sandwich again was very disappointing and was no where near what the the menu showed it to be. I showed her the food in the order and asked her if she though that it was even close to what was expected? She did not say anything and just walked away. Apparently she did not want to deal with the matter anymore; I don't blame her! It was very dis heartening after all that. After I was guaranteed the order would be perfect. And after I assured my coworkers that the order would be acceptable (even though they actually warned me about the place, as they were already very dissatisfied with Bumpers, and had already stopped going there themselves).So, to so sum up, and make a very long story short; my experience with bumpers was horrible! I will not be eating there again. My coworkers will still not be going back. Although the service is friendly and the location is conveniently located; the food is sub par, and over priced! Congratulations on making a fool out of me. This is a mistake, I will not make again!

I stopped going here. The food is nasty.

Not gonna lie, this place was nearly falling apart. Several stalls blocked off with yellow tape. The food is subpar to precious experiences and the prices have inflated. Would recommend a Sonic instead.

Parking: Could not use half the drive in stalls due to dilapidation and ordering signs out of order

This location is awesome. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are Friendly and patient. I visit everytime I'm in Hazlehurst. I can't resist it's a such WIN. With the other natioal chains close by you never know what you're subject to get.
