Wanted a sausage egg cheese biscuit combo got to window the biscuit hard can I get u a croissant instead sure. Had to remind them it’s sausage not bacon. Got food pulled off wrong drink can’t make this Ish up but don’t know why I m surprised

Adrian, who waited on us, had been there since 5am! She was working the drive-thru: taking the order in 1 place, taking the money at the 1st window, then, serving the order at the second window, plus working the inside counter! She was smiling the whole time. We had to pull up and wait for the hashbrowns to cook, then, Adrian, again, brought our order out! This woman deserves a raise or promotion; at least double pay for the day! And thru the whole deal, she was so pleasant and smiling, but looked exhausted! The only complaint i have is the grease needs to be changed! The hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old, rancid oil. Give that woman a raise! Kudos to you, Adrian! If all fast food places could clone you, business would increase greatly!

Took too long to get waited on. Then there was a wait to get the food the restaurant was so so but I'm pretty sure that's where my card got hacked at. I've worked at fast food so I understand wait time but when you're the only one ordering there should have been no wait.

Super Rude on the intercom while ordering and ever more when I got to the window. Very Very rude snatching and basically throwing my order out the window and don't ask for no ketchup for ur fries my goodness they lost it at that point and slammed the window on me
