If you’re anywhere near Hazlehurst, do yourself a favor and stop by JB’s BBQ. This place is the real deal—authentic Southern BBQ with that slow-smoked flavor you just can’t fake. The brisket were fall-off-the-bone tender and the sides (especially the baked beans and potato salad) tasted homemade. You can tell they put heart into everything they serve. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe felt like home. JB’s is the kind of place you’ll remember long after the last bite. Highly recommend!

I am from New Orleans, Louisiana, passing through, stopped at BJ’s with family members. The food was delicious , the service was superb and atmosphere was such that you felt at home.
Today was my third visit.I have only ordered hamburgers and/or wings each time. The wings were tasty, the hamburger was cooked well but hardly any seasoning.The food is pricey.The person preparing the burger sandwich is very heavy handed with the condiments....even when asked to go easy on that. I mean mayo and ketchup and mustard just squeezing out and dripping all over my fingers and hands and overwhelming the sandwich and magnified when mixed with the water from the tomatoes.The restaurant is very clean and the service is very good.On the TV is always "Family Feud" highlights with Steve Harvey and the audio is often not in synch with the lips. Annoying in all aspects.

This was my first time visiting JB's and I was very pleased. I ordered the half chicken platter with potato salad and fries. Let's just say, no to go box needed. Thanks to my dad for hyping this place up to try out. I will definitely visit again.
