We went through the drive-thru; my order was a vanilla ice coffee with extra espresso. What I received looked like milk. I went in quite frustrated and that only grew when someone in the back said order on the kiosk and I had to raise my voice to say my coffee wasn’t coffee. At this point an employee came up front and I began to explain the issue and my frustration and she said “you gonna have an attitude”;! I replied “I’m sorry?” She then began to correct her children and she repeated herself. I explained again the problem and she said “we’re out of espresso”; I replied we weren’t told that when we ordered and she rolled her eyes. She took the drink and supposedly remade it correctly. That was not the case. I took the drink and left because I didn’t want to escalate the situation. There was absolutely NO coffee in what was made!

Food was horrible and we waited 25 minites in the erive thru. And in top of all of that they didnt take credit so had to pay cash.

Horrible service and stood there most of the time and wouldn’t consider it fast food since it takes like 20 minutes for food sometimes. There are like only 1 or 2 employees that actually do something.

It's a McDonald's. My nuggets box had a random meat patty in it instead of my nuggets. Didn't feel like going back.

Sat in drive thru for 25 min and would only take one order after the first car got their food. Piss poor management at this restaurant. The workers do not care about their job at all. This place should be closed down and never reopened. Didn’t have time to complete order before give the total and not allowed to finish the order.

I was at the drive-through window for almost 10 to 15 minutes before anyone would finish taking my order some lady had begun to take my order and then left and then I had to wait. This is ridiculous

We stopped here when we were passing by. I ordered hot cakes , sausage, and a biscuit. Service was quickly and bathrooms cleaned.

Don't stop here food is horrible the people are mean and the service is non existent. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed to treat people this way. Check out how bad this picture is...

We ordered our food online. When we got to the cash register, the employees told us “the action declined” while the app said that the order was being made. The register employee had an attitude until the assistant manager came by to talk to us. The Assistant Manager basically told us that it was the phones fault, then she had an attitude. They ended up giving us our food and drinks just to forget our fries

STAY AWAY!

Ordered to go inside at the register. Took 15 minutes in - out for two sausage mcmuffins and one coffee. They were out of mustard packs, so I asked them to just put some in a cup. The lady said she'd have to open a new container to do that, so I just gave her a stare - she said she could make it happen. The food was cold, hard, way over cooked and tough. The coffee was luke warm at best. Managed to eat it since we were back on the interstate but only because we were quite hungry.

It was a McDonald's! Yes, we've visited a few and usually more often when our younger grandchildren are with us. This was the case today, a hungry grandson and a familiar venue. The restaurant was very clean. It appeared to be recently remodeled. The dining area was unique. The staff was very friendly.

Waited 30 minutes for our food just for 5 employees to run out from behind the counter and pass us to see what was going on in the parking lot. Then, when we asked for a refund, they gave us rolled change. This is a pathetic excuse of a McDonald's.
