If you are traveling do not stop at this subway or exit. It is one of the worst customer service exits. The people are rude, disrespectful, ill mannered, and have a distasteful attitude towards certain other human beings. We have stopped a few times over the past few months and we have had 1 good experience, and multiple unpleasant/bad experiences in the way we have been treated and talked to like dogs. The attendants do not work to do a good job. If you do stop here, it is a gamble and definitely hit or miss on a slightly good experience - I wish you the best!

My meal was never delivered despite a phone call asking for my gate code and telling me it was on porch. It was not and is not. After 7 attempts to get someone to answer phone along with 7 messages my husband has driven to store. This is a small town and this small counter is pretty useless unless you just want to pay to get no food. I would give it a 0 but that is not an option.

i placed an order for pickup online and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. When i walked in I was greeted and I was in and out within 5 minutes. the service was good, but the food is AMAZING. this subway puts all the other subways in this area to shame. My bread was fresh and fluffy, the vegetables were fresh, and the meat tasted brand new! definitely recommend

Bad service from a lady that is there , my son loves subway and every time he got home from there he’s complaining about her service, she acted very rude and racist to him, I don’t know her name but next time I will ask for the manager, we are full of this kind of people ?

Hazlehurst postal service always delivering coupons but this subway decided that they do not take coupons. They should put up a sign saying that so people can decide to go elsewhere. They fixed my sandwich, and I presented a coupon and they said they don't take coupons so I told them to eat the sandwich. So whenever you are in Hazlehurst do not eat here or order a sandwich and give them a coupon. If they don't take it tell them to eat the sandwich. I am sure after eating so many they will either be fat or out of business lol
