Tonight on 4/19/2025 at 8:30 PM I want into the store. The black lady looked at me and looked at her watch a long time then looked at me again. So I asker her what the hell is that supposed to mean? I proceeded to chew her out and tell her about customer service. If a paying customer is an issue to you stay home the food at this location is hardly ever prepared as ordered anyway. Please find out who that was and relieve her of her job it seems to be a burden to her.

3 of 4 of the last times my family gas stopped they have food out in the warmers and employees are sitting down at tables inside and report to people trying to order that their system is down. Only seems to happen at this location.

Gwt in the drive theu line, put it in park, walk to McDonald's, order you food, sit down and eat your meal, then go back to your vehicle and the drive thru will still be in the same spot. The nice gal at the window is the only reason there is stars in this review.

Ordered my food, the young lady gave me my drinks and asked me to pull down. This was like 8:03pm. Mind you that nobody was inside or out. So at 818pm I'm like they've forgotten about me. So I walk in and the same young lady at the window looked at me and asked me what I needed? I was like my food. The entire staff was all huddled up doing nothing. The one young man jumped to and fixed my food. The manager is now on the register and I'm like can I get some chicken for my troubles. She never smiled she never engaged conversation just got the chicken and gave it too me. Customer Service protocol at this place is horrible. I see why they keep low scores it's easy to pay attention if you can multitask.

I just left this place Trying to get something to eat. The person at the window was rude. So rude I cancel my order I don't want food from somewhere that the people they hire are unprofessional. She got my order wrong trying to rush so when I get to the window I ask for them to repeat my order. Rolling her eyes and smacking her teeth cause of her mistake. Please hire people he want to work and earn they paycheck. Neveragain

We got three burrito supremes and one of them with no beans. The burritos had beans and no meat. The filling was like a thick soup, and I couldn't tell what was in it. After seeing what was in them, I stopped eating, and I trashed them. I would have taken them back, but we were on the road. I was sick for the day after eating them. I don't think I will ever eat at a Taco Bell ever again.
My order was not made correctly,the taco shells and the chalupa shells was stale my fries was old and cold I asked for no jalapeno ranch and it was over loaded.

Terrible. The CSR had an attitude taking the order and at the window. Then I get my food home and the meat is skimpy on my tacos. My mexican pizza was soggy AND COLD thrown together. I paid for extra meat and did not receive it. The shells tasted stale. If I could post a picture I would. I'm not coming back.
