The Seafood Shack Hazlehurst

Fantastic fresh food! Staff was delightful. My lunch was so hot and crispy that I scalded my mouth out of impatience. I look forward to passing back through hazlehurst.

Ate here 2 days in a row. One day I got fried catfish and the next fried chicken. Let me tell you, it’s a better fry recipe than I’m aware of anywhere around north Jackson. Not only was it phenomenal, but the 2 ladies that served me were genuinely excited to serve their cuisine. They were kind, and joyful. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated like that and I look forward to returning to hazlehurst for work. Thank yall!

Wings are very small but expensive and you have to pay for ranch it should already come with at least one and charged me for ranch and not other customers and had a attitude when I asked about it calmly

I asked for the 4pc spicy with peppers. What i got was the blandest most slightly undercooked chicken I've ever had. Definitely won't get my money again

They don't even have a restroom you can use.

If i was just rating the food id give it 5 stars, the food was really good. The problem is, is that there is no public restroom. Another problem the tables were filthy. That’s all, have a great day!

If you are ever in the Small Town of Hazlehurst MS this is definitely a must stop location if you enjoy fresh seafood. They steam your seafood fresh and the sides are delicious also.

You are able to sit and eat, but when I went the location didn't have public restroom facilities.

The perfect grab and go location for fresh seafood. You don't have to take my word for it, you should go see for yourself ?

They also have fresh fried chicken and other sides, which are prepared and ready to eat.

I had crazy Cajun mild, lemon pepper, garlic, and extra butter and my plate had a dash of seasoning and a half plate of butter. I pretty much get the same plate every time I order and the plate getting lighter and lighter. I'm very disappointed. I'm only giving two stars bc your cashier was nice. Actually She can get five stars
