Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:15. Promptly told they were transitioning to lunch and it would be about 10 minutes. I said that will be okay, and I wouldn't mind waiting. Was then told, "you can't wait there" (in the drive thru). Of course not, as I wasn't going to. I asked if I could order a lunch and wait on the side until it was ready. "No."
Took my money to BK. Won't be back.

The ladies here do their jobs well. I had a car full of kids and they got every order correct and of course the ladies patience with me putting in 7 orders.

I'm a regular customer, I came at 11pm and they said they closed, they advertise they open until 1am!! When I order food they mess up my order and don't know how to take orders and always out of items.food never hot and ready. I expect good service not bad. Why the company not looking at this location!! Trash location

Was told I couldn’t get the apple pecan chicken salad without cheese but I have been able to do so before at this location and countless times at different Wendys across many states. I guess this location is special now. Workers need to be retrained by Chick fil a standards. Also, my son’s fries tasted like old grease.

The staff is always super friendly. The food is what you would expect. But the store temp is too warm. The flies are annoying. The floors are super slick. And the ladies room only had paper in one stall and the soap dispenser was broken. To make up for that there's hand sanitizer hanging outside the bathroom.
I didn’t even get served they closed at 1. I was there at 12:08. Sat there till 12:15 rolled around to see why no one came to the window. A lady is just sitting at the window the entire time. And all the employees are just sitting and talking in the lobby.

Very clean,wait times are very short even when they are slam packed.quality fresh ingredients and nice and considerate staff Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy and comfortable.
Parking: Always plenty of parking, wheelchair friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Great kids selection, "nuggets are a winner for toddlers

I bought the new chicken wrap, Best wrap I have gotten from any fast food. Way bigger than I thought, it felt like it weighed 2lbs. Full of meat, I Loved it and it did feel me up. I thought it was a little high on price but after I got it, it was well worth it. Going back today for another one.
Ordered two number 5’s for breakfast. The food was good with the exception of the sausage which was burned.
The person taking the orders was impatient with us as we ordered our meals. She was also rude to us as we paid for our food coming through the drive through. How hard is it to have some respect for customers? “Please”, “thank you”, and “have a nice day”, go a long way.

Feel like your being rushed to order, rushed to get out of the line. The employees get irritated when you ask for ketchup like it gets taken out of their own paycheck . Every time me and my family go for breakfast there either mold on the eggs or the orange juice is out of date
