We don't have Wards in Louisiana (not that I know of) The place wasn't busy at around 5:00 pm .The staff was friendly The food was fast and fresh ,and my chili dog was yummy .

Stopped by for a quick order of fries on a road trip. Ordered then sat at the window for 5-10 minutes. No one took my payment or said a word. Finally, they brought my food. Opened the window, hand out for money, I paid, food given, window closed. No words were spoken, just wild. Fries were undercooked.

I loved Ward's! My family and I are traveling and we stopped. Food was great, very fast service. Although the service was not very kind. Now I will give them credit, we arrived around 8. 1 hour before they closed, so of course they were ready to go. They were pretty good other than that. The building definitely could be updated in the inside. The walls were missing paint and the doors were hard to open. The were just heavy or something. I love the vintage style in there. Very original.

It is so dead in there we walked up to the counter the girl really didn't speak when we walked up their employees and customers with standing out there smoking weed all in front of the door it's like now these days you can't get no kind of good service when you go anywhere that's why a lot of these places be going out of business
