This location has one of the most rudest managers i've ever spoken to! I placed a mobile order and due to the drive thru being packed my food was cold ( i believe it was already cold) and when i went to speak to someone i was told it was my fault for being late! I'm sorry but in what universal is the customer blamed bc you can't manage to keep your drive thru running in a timely matter? I tried to inform the manager that i had placed the order 0.2 miles away so there is no reason why the food should be ice cold. but he didn't want to hear it. The way i received my food i believe it was old cold food that they probably wanted to get rid of so they threw it onto a mobile order which is disgusting! and wrong!

Walked in and my first impression was it was very nasty. Tables haven't been cleaned at all, people also left their trash. The card readers were coverd in some kind of dust but also very ick. Went to the front and was really not inviting or friendly. But then after I placed my husband's to go order and after standing for a while a lady finally came over and I guess maybe tried filling the order, but still didn't get it after waiting a bit, so then a nice guy asked if I had gotten my order so he got it for us, he was very nice and friendly. I wanted to add that the kids meals chicken is very nasty, they are dark and taste sweet has to be the nastiest chicken strips. Please go back to the small nuggets. Everything else was ok.
