We went to Brick Oven tonight and we’ve been there many times. We got there around 8:00. Our server was newer but there were servers there that know us from being in there. It took a minute for us to order, the beer was warm, and it wasn’t that busy. After waiting for an hour for our food which was pasta that we know isn’t made fresh, we were a little irritated and just asked for our bill for our beer. We went for the first time today and we definitely will be back. Everyone was so nice. Service was great even though they were very busy. And the food was great. The pizza had a ton of toppings and it was delicious!
we were excited to try this place out but the pizza was way overcooked. the cheese was burned and we had to add more at home and melt it. I ordered the Margherita pizza. stuffed mushrooms and stuffed bread. the sides were fine but this being a pizza place this was disappointing. if I try it again I will request the pizza to be only cooked half way.
