I come to Hernando twice a year and Brick Oven is my go to . My top picks are the Razorback Pizza (from Arkansas ?) and the Pulled Pork Quesadilla ( south meets deep south) . With each bite you get a taste of pulled pork ,carmalized onions , bbq sauce , jalapeños and a little cheese ( just enough to hold it together .) YUM !!!! The Razorback Pizza is so delicious . I pigged out on it . Actually I snorted it ?
The staff is always so nice to me and even if they are busy it’s not a long wait .

We've lived in Hernando 14 yrs and can't believe we'd never been to the Brick Oven. Food was fabulous. We had chicken spaghetti, small cheese pizza & a meatball calzone-- all cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Samantha, could not have been nicer. Good country music. Lots of booths. :-)

Amazing food, and the service is usually top tier! I would definitely recommend stopping here to grab some food if you're in the area and try my favorite if you like things a little spicy, the BBQ pork quesadillas.
