La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza - Hernando

The food was great.

I ordered the Mediterranean salad. I did DoorDash. I was thinking I was going to get some nice sized salad and instead received a sad tiny salad. Paid for extra feta didn’t get it. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the Greek dressing was at least good. Very disappointed. I don’t usually complain but when you pay around $12 for a salad you think you’re going to get more than a tiny box.

Ordered bbq nachos. Our whole tray was full of broken ships. Not one single whole chip on the tray. I ordered their new chicken pesto Alfredo. The noodles were so overcooked my fork wouldn't pinch the noodles and they did not bring it to me with any chicken or bacon. The rest of the ingredients were there. It was not good. Service great! Food was careless. They wouldn’t want to eat it themselves this way.

Table was very dirty, person named Ashley working there was very rude and I heard her say a slur behind the table which made me mad

Very rude and disrespectful , especially from person named Ashley. Runs restaurant like it is in china.

Had to sit at dirty table, none clean.. until I sat down with my 4 kids.. they finally cleaned it.
Also, they hire you.. “certain” managers.. have a chip on shoulder.. get offended way too easy.
Pretty sad.
Glad we know the true colors tho..

Excellent pizza! Brick queso dip was outstanding! Perfect consistency, right amount of heat, super tasty!!

I come to Hernando twice a year and Brick Oven is my go to . My top picks are the Razorback Pizza (from Arkansas ?) and the Pulled Pork Quesadilla ( south meets deep south) . With each bite you get a taste of pulled pork ,carmalized onions , bbq sauce , jalapeños and a little cheese ( just enough to hold it together .) YUM !!!! The Razorback Pizza is so delicious . I pigged out on it . Actually I snorted it ?
The staff is always so nice to me and even if they are busy it’s not a long wait .
