You can definetly tell the original owners no longer own this place. Had to seat ourselves after being ignored by waitresses then proceeded to wait another 15 mins for someone to come out. Ordered 2 pounds of crawfish tasted old and mushy and had no flavor. We proceeded to ask the manager about it and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes and told us it looked like about a pound was missing when only 2 were eaten. We asked for another batch that were better and she said no we can order something from our server and we asked her if she could get her to come out here because we steadily had trouble getting her attention and the manager asked who was our server and it was a young blonde girl and she rolled her eyes and said well that will be my daughter. We will definetly not be going back here I don’t see this place lasting very long.

We went there a week ago to get crawfish. The crawfish were literally rotten. The meat was smush, tasted and smelled bad. I let the owner know and instead of making it right, , she literally argued with me when you plainly could see it on the tray. Very bad business. We will not be going back. They are not what they used to be with the new owners.we also waited 3 hours and never an apology.
I am not saying their crawfish is bad every time, but that night, I am pretty sure it was frozen, cooked again. Either way they were bad and they knew they should have not served it.

I had the catfish basket, I’m not really sure it was actually catfish the food took 45-1 hour to get out to our table after ordering. The tea seemed to have a fish type taste to it like it was washed in the crawfish broil water , they really were not even that busy either. It’s really just a bar with bar food. That’s a pass for me.

As a delivery, I would not recommend other than the fact that they made the food fast. My oysters and sweet tea were just ok. The Philly was above average for the area, but the red beans and rice disappointed me a lot. That is a dish which is a staple for this part of the country. Very sour tasting and no flavor.

I stopped by not to long ago and bought crawfish. Let’s just say I can tell Mr. Billy and his wife is not there anymore. The crawfish was horrible. They were VERY under seasoned and they were mushy. The tail meat mushed to that of cotton candy texture. They were small have majority of the crawfish were smashed and didn’t even have tails on them. The waitress that greeted me was very friendly. Sorry to say I won’t be going back.

Waited all day Friday to call in an order to have for dinner Friday night called multiple times for over an hour the phones must have been off the hook or turned off I did not want to go up there and place an order and have to set and wait 20 minutes while everyone around me was drinking and eating. so therefore I did not get anything from crossroads had to go somewhere else that would answer the phone to take an order so sad
