We’ve ordered delivery and carry out regularly for a few years now and have never had issues. Food has always been consistent and ready when it says it will be.
Also, want to say thank you to our local Domino’s for supporting teachers. They’ve provided meals for us on teacher work days. It has been much appreciated!
I pay a bigger tip and put in the delivery instructions for Mack (my nephew) to deliver. Another kid brings it over. I ask who I need to call and complain and he tells me to complain to him and he is a manager. I slam the door and call and ask who the manager is and it’s a woman. She is rude and tells me I should have called and told them to send him. I put it in the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. Read that again… DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS!!! I ordered a delivery order. My food sat there for 25 minutes. I called and was told it would be another 20 minutes before it got out the door. I called again after 20 more minutes and asked to speak to a manager. I was told it would be 5 minutes before I could talk to one because they were busy. Told the idiot who answered the phone that my husband was coming to pick the food up and to return my tip back to my card.
