We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, biscuits, and 2 sodas. We asked for coleslaw, potatoes and gravy, and corn. We got no coleslaw, but extra potatoes and no extra gravy, and corn. No honey or butter, no plates to eat there, and had to ask for spoons. The place needs a new manager or a new owner. The chicken was good. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. We got the original KFC, we were told a 20 minute minute wait, fine I said. 40 minutes later, I'm checking on our food. It took 50 minutes to get our food. We ate some chicken and went home.

Around 5:00pm on Aug 11, I went through the drive through at the KFC in Hernando. After ordering a 4 piece dinner I was asked if two drumsticks was ok, I said I preferred not to have any drumsticks. That didn’t seem to be a big problem for them . The chicken was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot. I consider this KFC the best in Mississippi. Keep up the great work!!

Charge double than what you ask. Also you ask for one thing and then they give you something totally different thats half the price. Never recommend this KFC

Not friendly at all. When we walked in I thought it was close because it took few minutes before someone came to the front. I placed my order then about 4 more people came in. And I was the last one to get more order. The girl that handed me my order just said here and never smiled at all. Got home the chicken was almost burned and everything was so salty.

We went to this location 3 times over the past 3 weeks. We placed our order and were told it would be 16 to 18 minutes before any chicken was done. It was 6.30 pm. Dinner time. No one in the drive up line. Same story 3 different times. It is unbelievable. How do you not have food ready at dinner time. 3 different times at 6.30pm. What a joke.
This was the worst kfc I've ever visited. Nobody had on name tags. Nobody had on gloves. Took 40 mins to even get the lady to acknowledge we were there. She had 6 inch nails and was preparing food without gloves. That is very gross. She was touching everything and fixing orders. No hair nets. No thank you. No receipt. We asked for a receipt to have proof but she couldn't get it to print. The customer behind us was able to get her receipt, tho. I would recommend using the Southaven location.

I needed to feed a crowd of about 20 people and placed an order for 2 16 pc. Family Meals and was told it would take about 20 minutes to fill my order. My order was ready in about 8 minutes. Awesom job and Kudos to the guy who filled my order quickly and the food was awesom. My compliments go out to the KFC in Hernando, MS.
