Not friendly at all. When we walked in I thought it was close because it took few minutes before someone came to the front. I placed my order then about 4 more people came in. And I was the last one to get more order. The girl that handed me my order just said here and never smiled at all. Got home the chicken was almost burned and everything was so salty.

We went to this location 3 times over the past 3 weeks. We placed our order and were told it would be 16 to 18 minutes before any chicken was done. It was 6.30 pm. Dinner time. No one in the drive up line. Same story 3 different times. It is unbelievable. How do you not have food ready at dinner time. 3 different times at 6.30pm. What a joke.

This was the worst kfc I've ever visited. Nobody had on name tags. Nobody had on gloves. Took 40 mins to even get the lady to acknowledge we were there. She had 6 inch nails and was preparing food without gloves. That is very gross. She was touching everything and fixing orders. No hair nets. No thank you. No receipt. We asked for a receipt to have proof but she couldn't get it to print. The customer behind us was able to get her receipt, tho. I would recommend using the Southaven location.

Food was hot fresh and delicious. Staff was awesome
I needed to feed a crowd of about 20 people and placed an order for 2 16 pc. Family Meals and was told it would take about 20 minutes to fill my order. My order was ready in about 8 minutes. Awesom job and Kudos to the guy who filled my order quickly and the food was awesom. My compliments go out to the KFC in Hernando, MS.
Ordered through drive thru, waited 45 minutes in parking lot, had to end up going inside to get my order, it wasn't even hot! So why the long wait?? No customer service anywhere to be found here.

This place is a joke. Been here 4 times in 5 years and I can only say maybe once it was decent.. Do not waiste your time. If you are hungry and wanting something quick do not go to KFC in Hernando. If you do be prepared to not eat all of your food. Cannot say enough of how bad it was. Only thing decent was the packs of honey I got ?

I drove into the drive thru to pick up a doordash order. The employee on the mic says in the most rude condescending tone ever “we don’t do doordash through the drive through“
I started to ask why and she then rudely announced over me speaking “if you want to get the doordash you have to come inside”
Meanwhile I am the only person in the drive thru…So I park and go inside… I stand there waiting to be helped at the register for 10 minutes! This same woman who spoke so rudely on the phone is clearly ignoring me… After about 15 minutes of just standing there waiting she throws some food into “mobile order” rack, doesn’t even make the drink and never once acknowledges me standing there. Clearly neglecting me as a customer because I questioned why i couldn’t pick up the doordash at the window. Eventually, I just unassigned from the order and left. I have declined every single KFC order since then and I will never doordash for them again.
I would have gotten her name if she would have even acknowledged me at all when i was inside but she didn’t. This lady is rude, condescending and disinterested in helping her store get along.
All location need spicy chicken This kfc socks they never have chicken pot pie this location just there we drive all the way to hornlake or olive branch to get good kfc and have one here right here in town that is just sad
