We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, biscuits, and 2 sodas. We asked for coleslaw, potatoes and gravy, and corn. We got no coleslaw, but extra potatoes and no extra gravy, and corn. No honey or butter, no plates to eat there, and had to ask for spoons. The place needs a new manager or a new owner. The chicken was good. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. We got the original KFC, we were told a 20 minute minute wait, fine I said. 40 minutes later, I'm checking...

Around 5:00pm on Aug 11, I went through the drive through at the KFC in Hernando. After ordering a 4 piece dinner I was asked if two drumsticks was ok, I said I preferred not to have any drumsticks. That didn’t seem to be a big problem for them . The chicken was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot. I consider this KFC the best in Mississippi. Keep up the great work!!

I needed to feed a crowd of about 20 people and placed an order for 2 16 pc. Family Meals and was told it would take about 20 minutes to fill my order. My order was ready in about 8 minutes. Awesom job and Kudos to the guy who filled my order quickly and the food was awesom. My compliments go out to the KFC in Hernando, MS.
