This Hernando Kroger has really gone down the tubes. Lets start with the shopping carts. ALL of them with the exception of one or two are defective. During the week when I like to shop in the morning you will be hard pressed to find even one manned check out open. Lot of times the shelves are bare and this is not even during a storm. People who think this store is good have never left the state and seen how a real store is run like Publix for example. Everyone I have ever been to no matter what state is a nicely run store. This is what happens when you have a monopoly on stores. Although we do have Walmart it is just as bad as Kroger.

RUDE grocery pick up staff. Ordered 28 hours ahead of time email says it was ready and they staff comes out to say they pushed the order until tomorrow. He was very rude and walked away. Order cancelled and will not be using them again.

I haven't shopped at this location in years and am so surprised that it has clothing! 😊 It's HUGE and has everything we would want and need... Except, the particular brand that I was looking for isn't here. I'll check back soon. Its a seasonal brand that I want for baking desserts. 🙂

I keep getting to Kroger and all the specialty bagels are gone. They told me I could just order them to pick up so I aleays have my favorite breakfast.

What’s the point of pick up if they don’t substitute one of your items even after you said allow substitutes?! And then you have to go back in to get the item anyway!! And never even texted you or sent an alert thru the app! Very disappointed today with pick up.

Customer service is paramount but not at this Kroger in the Clicklist department. We had an order scheduled to pick up on Sunday between 5-6 and were told that it wouldn’t be ready until Monday between 5-6. I left work early to pick up my two small children. I arrive at Kroger and there were no parking spots for Clicklist but I called anyway to let them know I was there. I was told there were 10 people waiting in front of me. Kroger, why don’t you hire more people? It seems as though you are lacking in number of people and quality of people. The “manager” on duty was rude and did not seem to care. We will not be using Clicklist again. Now my husband has to make yet another trip to Kroger to hopefully pick up the groceries on Tuesday morning. Kroger, really get it together.

This is the third time they have had to push back our click list purchase. The store employee calls me at 7:00 am about my order that was suppose to be ready at 8:00-9:00. According to the employee they are behind 20 orders from yesterday that have to be filled before mine. I politely told the employee to cancel my order and i would go somewhere else. If you was behind 20 orders from yesterday then why was i allowed to place my order yesterday for this morning. If you are going to offer a service run it correctly.

Tried clicklist for the first time today, it was awful. I originally set my pick up time for 5-6 pm and received a call around 3 requesting I be there at 6:30 to make sure they had my order prepared. 6:30 comes around and I get there and it's STILL not ready. I told the woman I spoke with that I would just do a refund and cancel it but she assured me I would get a credit and receive a call when my order was ready. 8pm comes around and still no call so I call- get there and they FINALLY come out. The manager, I assume, came out and let me know she gave me a $20 credit and free pick up(which the first pick up is free anyway) and also kept making excuses. I was irritated and didn't want to argue, will not be using clicklist ever again. Not worth the trouble.

I used to love shopping here and regularly use Clicklist. However, produce has seriously taken a nose dive at this store. I just received rotten strawberries and old bananas in my Clicklist order. This is the second time I've received bad produce. Shopping in store is no better.
