Not sure why they gave, pizza portal. Has never been used since I've tried it--that is IF they haven't sold your order to a walkup or if you arrive and they say what you ordered is out of stock. Employees always out front smoking. Just seems like a mis managed operation, because the food is good

I have eaten here a few times and pizza is different every time. Today I got crazy bread with marinara sauce. The marinara sauce tastes horrible and I’m pretty sure it’s gone bad. I tried calling multiple times to let them know so nobody possibly gets sick, but phone number does not work. Will not be going back.

I rated this place 2 stars, because it's a decent pizza for the price, if they actually hand you what you order. The staff here is terrible. My husband ordered and paid for an extra most bestest. The owner/manager handed him a regular hot and ready pizza. This is not the first time we have had poor service from this Little Caesars. ( More times than not) Can't see myself going back. Too many good places to get a pizza. Not worth the frustration.

Terrible. Tried and tried again to give another chance and every experience is just like the last. Never have any pizzas ready, always people standing everywhere waiting. There is always an employee out front on the sidewalk on the phone complaining to a manager or whatever. Don’t waste your time. You can call in a delivery order faster than you can go pick up a hot n not so ready pizza

Ceasars pizza is usually great but not this time. I dont know why but the pizzas were kinda burned. The guy did my order over and they turned out the same way the second time. Maybe they have the oven's too high idk. And my cheesy bread seemed to be soaked in grease I couldn't even eat it

Placed an order on the app for the portal at 5:20.Was supposed to be ready at 617-622. Called at 6:25 to see when it would be ready. Told 645. Got there at 7:00 to be told it wasn’t even made yet. Asked for a refund, told manager what happened, she laughed and said if you placed it online you didn’t talk to us, even after I told her we called and asked when it would be ready. This place is ridiculous. I used to manage a pizza place and I’ve never seen anything like this. One time I ordered cheese bread at night and was handed a very old deep dish from the lunch special that looked like it had been there all day.

I'll give LC 5 stars because they are in my hometown. They are not always perfect but they never have cheese hot and readys for more then one pizza. If you need more than one you have to wait.

The worst thing about Hernando is the quality of the staff of little Caesar! Had an employee tell me on the phone man look ! Excuse Me? I’m a woman a grown woman! I asked for a fresh cooked Italian cheese bread when I got there he goes oh you wants it fresh said it’ll be 5 minutes but yo pizza already done! The Italian cheese bread was dough under cooked and I waited 15 minutes before coming waited another 18 minutes on raw cheese bread! When I was trying to order the pizza which was half cheese half pepperoni and sausage he got so annoyed and told the other person in the place and I heard him say yea you can do that! So the pizza was cold the Italian cheese bread was under cooked! I don’t know who hires these kind of people there but they should loose their job it’s always disgusting and disrespectful customer service!

Never answer the phone. Placed an order online and app said the pizza would be done in 30 mins, showed up and had to wait an additional 15 before I got my pizza. I've never had a good experience at this little caesers in the year and a half I've lived here

Good pizza no doubt im fine with the wait its how its made the pizza is poorly cut and my recent pizza had alot of hair in it i cant pull up the pizza without the cheese and toppings coming out
Lately you have to wait 15 min for 1 "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza... I tried to call ahead today to order 10 pizzas in advance. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally hung up. I called back about 15 times only to get hung up on every time without them even answering... it was almost 2 o'clock too, so it wasn't lunch rush.. this used to be my favorite place to go, but it seems like they need to do a complete staff turnover.. even though domino's is more expensive I suppose they just won my future business. I like their taste better anyway....

Ordered pizzas for a party said pizza would be ready at 10:45. When I arrived to pick up pizzas there open time is 11:00. So here I sit. They would not do answer my calls and ignored my pounding on door. Not a fan. It is now 11:05 and they still have not opened

Went there today at 12 the manager was very rude and unprofessional!! Got angry and said she would call police because we asked what time was they going to open when the they supposed open at 11 !! This wasn’t first time she has been rude !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to know one !!
