If it’s not the ice cream machine it’s the frappe machine. Could it be the fact that the people that work here can’t maintain these machines. Incompetent!!!

Our order got messed up 3 times. The same order. Ist it was my daughter's and mine. Plain burger and burger with extra pickles. Then 2 more times on just a plain burger. It was so frustrating have to wait for it to be remade 3 times and my fries were hot but not after waiting for about 40 minutes for the remakes. A plain burger at that. Bread and meat.

I only continue to stop in here because of 2 young adults that work there who make the service enjoyable even though the food is barely edible anymore if it ever was. The young lady use to work 2 jobs and left Wendy’s to here and the young man sends to work everyday and his mom raised him to be a very happy and respectful young man.. they both know who they are. They do the best they can with they have to work with there and have graduated and attending college and hopefully McDonald’s invest in there future because they add value to the food and team at this McDonald’s.

Can’t understand anything they say at the drive thru speaker. No manners whatsoever. They don’t even speak to you in greeting or leaving. Just the worst.

It was really busy, so busy that I had to drive around the building twice to find a spot to park as the drive through was lined up to the entrance. When I walked in, there was a crowd of about 15-20 people waiting for their orders. I stood at the counter watching as about 7 different employees passed by trying to get the several previous orders prepared just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I stood there for about 4-5 minutes before someone turned around to cashier position and took my order, also the first time anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered a drink, a chicken nugget and a shake. The ice machine was in working order and ran, but was unfortunately empty. I got enough ice to fill my cup quarter way before it stopped dropping cubes all together. The older man behind me had the same issue and jokingly said, "so that's where all the ice has gone" before standing back in line to ask for ice from the counter. The napkin dispenser was empty the drink area was a mess, I wasn't at all upset by my experience there, but I did leave there feeling relieved to be on my way out and I genuinely felt sympathy for the workers. I don't know what is holding them back, I wasn't there long enough to learn if it was the workers themselves, or just the process they use to complete their orders, but something here needs work, a new plan or process or a new system, new employees, I can't say for sure, but something.

AFTER 3PM, THIS PLACE SUCKS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. THE YOUNG LADY TOLD A MAN THAT INQUIRED ABOUT WHO WAS WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER TO "BE QUIET, WE MAKE YOUR FOOD". THIS WAS AFTER WAITING OVER 5 MINUTES AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED HIM.

This location did not open on time is one thing but not acknowledging that I was in the drive through is insane. I paid my money on the mobile app and was waiting for 30 mins before I was even spoken to. They also had No apologies for their tardiness. This McDonald’s has poor communication and disregards its waiting customers. ?? tomato, tomato. My food was fresh, however it took forever before anyone said anything through the intercom.
