Worst fast food restaurant ever. There has not been one single time where they have made my food right. We even got a raw beef patty in one of our kids burgers one time.

Their workers and managers clearly care nothing of the jobs they do so I suggest that no body in Hernando eat here until this changes. Awful.

They took 25 minutes for 2 kids meals. The floors were so oily and disgusting that they had wet floor signs all over. On top of taking 25 minutes they got the 2 orders wrong. Who ever is running this establishment should be ashamed of themselves.

Went for lunch 12/14. Ordered a number 3 with bacon and a happy meal. The burger was straight raw in the center. It happens. Go back, ask for a remake. Get another, less raw but still raw burger.

I have never once gotten exactly what I ordered. There is always one thing wrong with our order. At least they are consistently disappointing.

Wow, what do you know? Decide to give the place a chance since I saw they went through some hiring. husband gets a burger brings it home it’s raw so he takes it back up to the store. They give him another one. He brings it home and guess what also raw. I guess be careful leaving here with your family unless you all wanna get sick. won’t get another chance

Waited 30 minutes for my curbside pick up and I saw people go around the drive-through a few times so I decided to go in. One of the workers said she didn’t see it on there and it didn’t pop up. I showed them my order number and receipt and apparently they were gonna start making it but they didn’t. They had no workers at the counter. I stood there forever and asked about three different times to make it at this point. this one worker kept coming to me and I told her what I was waiting for and she said okay and she just kept walking away. It had been an hour this man picking up DoorDash told one of the workers that I have been waiting here for an hour. She says “you ain’t been waiting here for no hour”. She says it with a nasty attitude. Her face had a very nasty look on it. All of the workers had a attitude. Some on their phones. They all were laughing and playing around. Horrible place. They had to remake my sandwich because it was wrong. I didn’t realize until I got home that they didn’t give me all my chicken nuggets. I didn’t get no apology or nothing. My food is cold and it’s been over an hour and I left. This is completely unacceptable and those employees need to be fired. You can’t just treat people however you feel like it. The customer service at this McDonald’s is absolutely horrible and if I could give this place a negative star then I would.

Orded a double cheese burger asked for it plain but add mac sauce the burger was so messy had to pull over to clean my hands off dont offer to make a burger like i want it if its going to be m ade so messy i cant eat it and drive that was the reason i came thru drive thru so i could eat as i kept driveing

I can only assume something is wrong with your cooks. Please have them checked out. Usually your service is good, but tonight was horrible. I ordered a big Mac combo through the app so there should not have been any confusion to my order, but it was still messed up. As you can see, the container was correct and that's why when I looked in my bag, I thought that I had the right order. However, I received a fish sandwich in the food container. Also, I ordered 2 pumpkin pies and got 1 apple and 1 pumpkin. For such a large corporation, you definitely are messing yourselves up by allowing this type of poor service to go out of your doors. Maybe McDonald's should get some training from Chic-fil-a.

As well, I should have known they would mess up my order since they could not give me a receipt. Now I cannot report the bad order because I don't know the store number.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I tried to get an iced coffee.. they tried charging me when I used my points, the cashier had an attitude problem, and when I finally got my coffee after waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins it was just milk And flavor. I took it inside and asked them to remake it.. they did and again it was just milk and flavor. Whoever is training these people is incompetent. I used to work at McDonald’s and I know what an iced coffee looks like. This isn’t it.
