I only continue to stop in here because of 2 young adults that work there who make the service enjoyable even though the food is barely edible anymore if it ever was. The young lady use to work 2 jobs and left Wendy’s to here and the young man sends to work everyday and his mom raised him to be a very happy and respectful young man.. they both know who they are. They do the best they can with they have to work with there and have graduated and attending college and hopefully McDonald’s invest in there future because they add value to the food and team at this McDonald’s.

It was really busy, so busy that I had to drive around the building twice to find a spot to park as the drive through was lined up to the entrance. When I walked in, there was a crowd of about 15-20 people waiting for their orders. I stood at the counter watching as about 7 different employees passed by trying to get the several previous orders prepared just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I stood there for about 4-5 minutes before someone turned around to cashier position and took my order, also the first time anyone acknowledged my presence. I ordered a drink, a chicken nugget and a shake. The ice machine was in working order and ran, but was unfortunately empty. I got enough ice to fill my cup quarter way before it stopped dropping cubes all together. The older man behind me had the same issue and jokingly said, "so that's where all the ice has gone" before standing back in line to ask for ice from the counter. The napkin dispenser was empty the drink area was a mess, I wasn't at all upset by my experience there, but I did leave there feeling relieved to be on my way out and I genuinely felt sympathy for the workers. I don't know what is holding them back, I wasn't there long enough to learn if it was the workers themselves, or just the process they use to complete their orders, but something here needs work, a new plan or process or a new system, new employees, I can't say for sure, but something.

AFTER 3PM, THIS PLACE SUCKS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. THE YOUNG LADY TOLD A MAN THAT INQUIRED ABOUT WHO WAS WORKING THE FRONT COUNTER TO "BE QUIET, WE MAKE YOUR FOOD". THIS WAS AFTER WAITING OVER 5 MINUTES AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED HIM.

This location did not open on time is one thing but not acknowledging that I was in the drive through is insane. I paid my money on the mobile app and was waiting for 30 mins before I was even spoken to. They also had No apologies for their tardiness. This McDonald’s has poor communication and disregards its waiting customers. ?? tomato, tomato. My food was fresh, however it took forever before anyone said anything through the intercom.
Where do I even start ? Id like to preface this by saying I understand that fast food can become chaotic and it is a challenge to keep every customer happy. However, the experience I had this evening is unacceptable and outrageous.
At 8:00 we arrived at mcdonald’s after ordering curbside. We pulled in and typed the number.
At 8:10 the order said delivered on the app but we received nothing.
After 20 more minutes of waiting my girlfriend went inside to seek answers. The lobby was full. There was no one at the register. However, there was multiple employees in the drive thru working. The lady she first spoke to acted clueless and was dismissive. There was also a man who seemed to be a manager. He had a dress shirt and tie. This man did not bother to acknowledge or help anyone in the lobby. Including my girlfriend who stood at the register for 15 minutes.
We finally got fed up and went through the drive thru. Finally, at 9:34 we received our food. And guess what?
It was COLD.
We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for cold food.
We did not receive one apology, explanation or anything for that matter.
Now had they not marked the order as delivered to us when it wasn’t, and then had us waiting another 30 minutes in the lobby we wouldn’t be so upset.
This manager was NOT managing anything. He was nonchalant and unhelpful. We will NEVER be back to this mcdonald’s location again.

Staff is very courteous all the time. Food is always good. Big shoutout to Jaylen at this location. He is always happy and friendly! He also seems to really like his job, which is lacking in a lot of fast food restaurants these days. My young grandsons always hope he is working when they come with me………which is almost daily…….and if they don’t visit McDonald’s with me, they always want to know if Jaylen was working. ? Would recommend this McDonald’s to friends and family.

An employee hanging out in the parking lot started screaming, cussing, and looking at me super crazy for trying to find somewhere to park. Definitely wouldn’t come back. I did not feel safe.
