When the food is right its really good but its rarely made right. Most times I come here they add the wrong toppings. Gotta read and pay attention. The pizza hut in OB is worse. I love Pizza Hut but they can't even make the proper pizza. Very disappointed.

I just had an online delivery. When I didn't receive my whole order, the lady who answered the phone at this establishment was very rude. I ordered the entree with side and drink. I did not receive all of my entree order and they didn't even give me my drink.

Ordered pan pizza to go and I got a regular pizza that was nasty, the dough was raw. I contacted customer service but no one cares to resolve issue. Not sure who is running this place but they are not complying with restaurant procedures.

I don’t usually leave reviews at all much less eat fast food but tonight’s service 10/31 was absolutely terrible. Ordered online at 5:47 pm with a ready time of 19 min. Displayed ready online in which we attempted to pick up. Order had not even been started and said another 25 min then changed to 45 min. I initially canceled but decided to keep it and come back. Came back at 7:37 pm and employees had no idea where my order was. Finally someone else came to the window and asked what my name was again. Someone finally came to the window 10 min later with my cold pizza and then said another 10-15 min for my wings. I said forget the wings. I even threw the pizza away because it was cold and terrible. Never again will I come here.
