Day after the storm. Had a young girl at the drive thru give the worst service I’ve ever seen at the store. The person taking the order was fine but the one handing out the food was completely worthless. Sorry but she doesn’t need to work with that attitude.

Meh. Although we know the pastries & other foods are pre-made & packaged, there is no reason to serve any of it in the package it arrives at the store in. This is how the banana bread was served to me that I ordered with my coffee ?. Please do better. Also, provide AT LEAST one napkin when food is ordered.

Showed up at 2:45 pm on 2/26/2024 no one was here - did my grocery shopping and came back at 3:30pm the same day and no one was here. I was informed by Kroger employee that she left for the day. No sign. Nothing to indicate Starbucks was closed.
I ordered an iced coffee, then realized my wife wanted it hot. I asked if they could change it at the window & they said no problem even though it was already made iced sitting at the window. Very generous & polite gesture by the cashier & drink maker. 5 stars across the board for hospitality & kindness today!
