I love Steak Escape and I love the owner at this restaurant who is very respectful and hard working but he is definitely having major problems hiring good employees who work with professionalism. We grow up together, he was my neighbor and we went to school together.
I was over charged and yelled at (by the disrespectful girl with pink hair and a loud sassy mouth) for trying to give drink cup and fries back I paid for unknowingly yet didnt order. She told me to just throw away or give away. Yet I didn’t want to touch due to nut allergy in case peanut oil was used. And when I addressed manager and her about her tone and attitude her reply was…Awe, I’m sorry I made you feel that way in a smartelick tone…. One, she didn’t make me feel anyway she doesn’t have that much power over my emotions but she definitely needed a reality check and if she was my employees I would have fired the two ladies on the spot. Poor management and unprofessional service. The guy was obviously in training who messed order up ( sandwich was even wrong)yet he was very kind. It’s was the girl with pink hair who didn’t want to do her job and give refund knowing I was over charged. The manager, was too passive for position obviously unable to deal with the disrespectful girl with pink hair who has worked there awhile and thinks she has control over others. Bossy but not Boss material! And she never offered to make things right. My order of 2 reg sandwiches, one loaded fry, 2 drinks was over $38 dollars. I will not do business with them as longer these ladies are employed with company.

I love steak escape but this is def not the real thing. Fries tastes like old refrigerator and there was hardly steak on the sandwich. This restaurant might have been great when it first opened but needs a deep cleaning bad

Stopped in for a quick dinner after work. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The 3 workers were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Great job!

Avoid this place at all costs! Service is awful, the pink haired cashier whose name is apparently Dallas had a major attitude problem from the get go. Literally tossed our food on the counter to where it fell completely out of the bag. Very rude and mouthy, we got our money back and will not be returning.
Pink haired girl (named Dallas apparently) has a huge attitude problem. On top of having the fries fall all out of the bag on my mom while handing the bag over which was an “accident” after her treating my mom like garbage over not wanting tomatoes on the sandwiches. You guys are doing a great job keeping this miserable young girl employed.
