First time trying this subway location. My online order was correct. My cookies were really hard, though. Maybe they had been sitting all day, I’m not sure.

Ordered through the subway app. Went to pick it up and they were closed. They still processed the payment and marked it as picked up. It took multiple phone calls for them to reverse the charge and the staff was rude.

Every owned Subway I have attempted to use coupons or on-line deals in Southaven, HornLake, and Hernando have been purchased and run by new people who NEVER ACCEPT ADVERTIZED COUPON OFFERS! These people are too afraid of not making an extra dime and the sandwiches are made with the least amount of vegetables, meat and cheese! Prices aren't worth the food purchase! Going to Lenny's or Firehouse subs for better sandwiches!

Did not appreciate having to pay to put cheese on a pizza, nor having over a day old cookie that tasted like a combination of other foods. Very disappointed, used to be my favorite subway.

this place ain’t worth it i did a online order 45 minutes passed and heard nothing from them i didn’t even get a confirmation code or anything but they did take the money when i call they said there was no online order. the customer service is bad they don’t care can’t even help their customers when they need help in the store about the app. they just don’t care. disappointed. they still keep the money btw

Never really had any complaints here before, but can't let this one go... 2 footlong tuna subs with a thiiin layer of tuna. Basically got veggie subs with some tuna crumbles? Our new economic disaster at work I guess. Times are tough!

I am sorry if I am paying 10 for a half of a sandwich it better be more than a small ice cream scope of tuna. Bread is always good but way too much for the amount of meats they usen. Has to ask for more topping more than twice 2 pickles and 3 onions really do better for the price
