I’m not sure what happened. We’ve always had excellent service and the food was always made correctly. Every sandwich was made wrong? They took my daughter’s meatball with banana peppers and olives added and just three meatballs on one side and the veggies on the other. My husbands was supposed to be light veggies and it had so much extra you could make another sandwich. I’m not sure what was up with mine. It was dry, no cheese and I can’t tell there was any meat.
I know it’s a risk with ordering on the app but COME ON. I don’t care that it’s cold just please pay a LITTLE attention!?

This is a really good place to eat at. I loved the customer service here even before I started working here. The food here is really good herenin my opinion and have the best sandwiches and yes we have teenagers working here to give them a great working experience and we go off by what we are told even if it's saving food for the next day because we don't get a food truck that often and your anyone's concern our bosses are in charge not the "kids" who work there. I do recommend this place though because it does have a nice environment and everyone is really nice. Thank you for choosing Subway♥️

I went to get a sandwich and they were closed at 830 pm… the employee said he was saving bread for the morning shift lol! That’s what happens when you leave kids in charge.

The best I eat there mostly everyday I love subway espically white bread footlong not heated or toasted with turkey and mustard and Dr Pepper or sprite and dill pickle chips or Doritos but now it’s mostly dill pickle chips but they are the best I am waiting to hear back for a job
Vegetarian options: I love health stuff and it has a lot of healthy options

Parking: Lots of spots and great spots
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessibility restroom for women and men and tables

This Subway is located inside the Walmart Supercenter. It is a typical Subway and is full service, not scaled down. I like the roast turkey or chicken and provolone. Prices are the same as all other Subways I guess.

Horrible and disgusting!! I ordered through the subway app, 5 footlong subs. Through the app it was buy 2 get 1 free. It didn't take it off my free sandwichthrough the app so I asked about getting refunded at the store when I picked up my order. The cashier called the manager and he told her that the deal on the app was discontinued and wasn't supposed to be available. So I paid full price for all 5 footlongs and was treated as if I did something wrong. Then as my daughter went to bite into her sandwich, she saw a knat in her bread. I returned the sandwich and they made her another one and gave her a free cookie. Needless to say I will never eat there again. Luckily we have 2 subways in town so we will go there from now on.

I normally have no problem from the subway in hernando, but tonight I ordered an Italian BMT and got only bacon and what I wanted on it. That is not how you make an Italian BMT. I don't know who made this, but they need to learn how to make an Italian BMT the correct way

Arrived at 9PM...sign said closes at 10PM.the door was locked so I asked the rude lady sitting inside why the door was locked and she said because the toaster is broken...what does that have to do with making a salad or non heated sub...she should be terminated for turning away business and for such a poor attitude!!!
