There is only 3 workers. I’m picking up a uber order. Every time I come I wait at least and hour.

I hate to say it, but they just need to shut the place down at this point. Hernando Taco Bell used to be my go-to, but now the workers are rude, you wait over an hour for a mobile order when you’re the only person in line, and they get your food wrong. I get being understaffed, but it’s just ridiculous. It’s sad, I used to love this place.

Every time you go inside this place, it's some new kind of disgusting. bathrooms that seem uncleaned for years, a river flowing through the lobby, mildew smell everywhere, *extremely* sticky floors, blown out speakers in the lobby, and the occasional outage of air conditioning are just some of what I've witnessed here. That paired with the staff leaving out half of your order almost every time you go here... I just can't say I'd recommend it.

Stood there at least 5 minutes and no one came to wait on us or even acknowledged we were there. When i asked if anyone was working the front they just looked at us and ignored

Workers are slow, don’t acknowledge customers and walk away when you try to get help from them. Literally the worst place in Hernando to get food from. Manager is even rude!!

Went inside ordered my food to go I’m wearing a back brace due to back surgery and using a cane one of the nice guys that work in there helped me out to the car with my food was very nice. He held the door open for me and carried my food out the food was good..
It took 30 minutes to get my food
