What a wonderful refreshing change of Attitude and appearance. I have avoided this Taco Bell for several years but gave it a try tonight. I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. Everyone was busy working on orders instead of standing around and my food came out very fast and was handed to me by a nice person that even thanked me and wished me a good evening. I had to check and make sure I hadn't time warped back to 1950. Thank you, I'll be coming here much much more often now.

If yall could get orders right I may come back to this location. I live 20 minutes from this area and I don’t enjoy coming home with missing items to my order. Missing several items

they got our order completely wrong. After waiting almost 20 minutes at the window we were handed cold food and it wasn't even the right order. It's just a bunch of teenagers and crackhead looking adults in there. STAY AWAY!!!

For Taco Bell. This place is tops. I’ll every once in a blue like to visit Taco Bell or other fast food restaurants. Most of the time I’m displeased. But this one here is actually nice, clean and service was really good. If I’m in the area I would definitely visit again. Thanks for not being a disgusting place.

I ve worked for PepsiCo 13 yrs and never had a worse quality beefy taco. Had to try and peel taco from wrapper. Fell apart. 2 strands of cheese only. Jon Stark 02/23/2025 5pm Sunday Taco had obviously been set aside long enough to soften taco shell. I’m guessing McClane services your business. That’s my next call since you don’t answer your phone.

Best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time! Food was great. Order was correct. Food came out before I could get my drink poured! Thank yall!
Horrible experience asked for breakfast because it was on menu and the girl told me they do not do breakfast but I asked why are they even open at 9am in morning and the lady told me they have no idea and told me to go somewhere else if I don’t like it. Especially after my wife kept talking about how good Taco Bell breakfast was and I kept telling her that I always have bad experiences with Taco Bell because they people are very rude to the ones I have gone to in the past

Terrible Customer Service. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. We had a mobile order, the drive thru line was long, so I went inside. I was the only one inside. I give her my name, and she says OK, and I stand right at the counter waiting on my order. Someone else comes in and they get their order. Then someone else comes in, places a order and gets their food. I'm still standing at the counter, I ask her did you forget about me? I give her the name again, she says "Emily". I said no, and give her the name again. She says OK. Someone else comes in, places a order and gets their food. I asked, "Whats going on here, can someone help me"? It seemed like there was no one in charge, no one seemed like a manager. If you are the owner, please look at the video around 6:50 p.m. tonight Friday the 25th of October. Then when I finally get home with my food, it tasted terrible and the burrito was about 3 inches long.
