Everything is gluten-free! Since I have celiac's disease and other food sensitivities, it is hard to find a place where I can get a treat, and now they are serving more items, even frozen already prepared meals and desserts. I tried the new oatmeal carmel cookie today, and it is so good that even my sister (who can have regular baked goods) loved it.

A hidden Gem of Hernando, the Baker's Corner offers delights savory and sweet. Made from scratch by a wonderful creative chef, and they are Gluten Free. Hernando is blessed by some wonderful treats. First off I love that this place is fully GF due to my wife being allergic. The vibe is alright but seems to be a little pushy. We tried a lot of different things on the menu and got mixed results. Some things were delicious and moist and some were dry or way undercooked. Overall it’s an ok place and I would probably go back.
