It's always a great treat when you go to Velvet Cream. For at least forty-five years,they have these smoothest self-service cream you will find anywhere. VELVET INDEED! The thousand flavor combinations that you can do with ice cream at the dip (aka Velvet Cream) are mindblowing. They also give out of free pint to take home if you spend over a certain amount on ice cream. I call that a win-win. Great fast food options as well, always yummy.
Idk what it is but ever time we go they are RUDE! And next time if I get the same customer service like I did last night I’m snapping, who ever that old man is at the window needs to go, no excuse idc… don’t feel like typing all details bust he was complaining and ignored us when we tried explaining our order and let the window shut while we were talking, then forgot we didn’t pay cause he was to worried about other stuff

Mediocre, overpriced, food... That's what's going on here. It's just trashy food. Frozen EVERYTHING! To some it's probably good, I've met them recently in the hospitals I've been in. Ice cream is pretty good I guess. I can't say anything stands out as great. Kids have had us here many years coming for the ice cream. Tiger Blood has had all the rage at the house so many times. Not my thing. I am not a big fan of order at the window and stand outside and wait kinda customer service models. Does the drive thru work here still? Shit, I don't know... Nice parking lot setting and views. Ahhh. I can't say I am a fan. '24 - 16/100

Very delicious food, I had a bacon cheeseburger in between two donuts. It was sinfully GOOD! Felt like I ate dinner and dessert at the same time!
Fantastic selection on sweets and ice cream a lot of selections on hamburgers but most of the time I have found them to be kind of dry. I like this place and I wished I could give it more stars but to say it was the best hamburger I ever had that is something I can't do

This place has really gone downhill since I was a kid I remember coming here all the time for the best ice cream in desoto county. Now I’ve came a few times over the past couple of months and everything is overpriced for one and number two when I get a sundae it turns in to just whatever dip you ordered it’s not about the ice cream anymore.

Overpriced for the food- ice cream is good.. service is okay.. I've tried several different things on the food menu.. and I wasn't impressed. All of the sides except the fries.. tastes like they were frozen prior to cooking... what's bad is the pricing. I know the economy is down and the price of everything has went up, but when I went there, I ordered 4 things for my family and it was almost $70.. Oh and the fries come separately. They don't include it with any meal.
