Me and my wife went there this morning The waiter was a red-headed white woman she act like she was prejudice she didn't want to take out order and explain the menu correctly that was the first time we had a bad experience and we had a small portion of food in our plate The workers are there to work not to have attitude problems I think I won't be back

I have to brag on this location. Last Saturday morning (7/19), we brought a crew of 11 yr old boy basketball players & little sisters… from the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and kind. We put the kids at a table & our waitress (I believe her name was Anastasia?) was so kind to them. She didn’t act annoyed by them or anything, she spoke so nicely and patiently to them. And we came at a very busy time, the place was packed. All the employees seemed to get along & spoke respectfully to each other which in 2025 is so refreshing. I feel like people only write reviews to complain, so I wanted to brag on this entire daytime staff. Best service I have had in a very long time. Food was excellent too!

While the food is typically fine, it’s a typical Waffle House, the service has been 50/50 as of late. In the mornings it’s typically pretty good, afternoon it’s fine, but these past few times I’ve gone later at night it’s not been the best.
I went recently after a long shift, just hoping to get a waffle and a drink before headed home for bed. I ended up being served by Ms. Ellen. While I got my food decently fast, I had to ask for my silverware, had to ask for straws twice. After I finished my food I sat there for about 5 minutes before asking my ticket. I’m used to it being brought along without asking, but it was no issue to me, people forget, that’s fine. She told me “One second” and helped some other customers. About 10 minutes later, she’s not brought it to me, still doing other things, even just standing around for a while. I ask again, she says “One sec” again and motions as if to say there’s so much going on. It was late at night and again, she’d been standing around just not doing anything. Another 5 minutes go by and I finally get the ticket. I stand up and go to pay and even then, I was standing there for serval minutes before I was able to pay and leave.

Always great. Also seems like an unwritten rule that staff and ppl who eat at Waffle House are just good ppl 👍. Oh, one thing though change the air filters up front my God 🤣

Trash.. No good customer service. One young lady been coughing all while I been waiting on my food. I wish I would’ve known before I paid I would’ve walked back out
My husband ordered the breakfast plate and waffle he was almost done with his meal still no waffle the waitress forgot his waffle never said I’m sorry nothing and they charge 2.50 for a refill on a drink that is ridiculous I will NEVER go to this location again bad service we were sitting there for 20 mins and they were not busy either retrain or get it together people
