When I called about the whole order wrong, the lady I spoke with hung up on me. When I called back she was rude and unprofessional! Very rude! Do better Wendy's!! I spent $36 I expected to get at least part of my order correct. Customer service was very rude!

Can’t get more than 5 biscuits in the morning!! I wasn’t trying to get 60 but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for 6 biscuits in the morning, I got 4 kids so, if me, my wife and kids want biscuits one if us isn’t allowed to get a biscuit?? And you aren’t even busy, there was no one in line when I was there and I been across the street for 10 minutes and not a single car been through your parking lot, Y’all just made that up, but I get it - enjoy your peaceful lazy Saturday morning - Whataburger across the street got me!

We had a baconator combo and a bacon mushroom burger combo. They were both very good. I really hope they keep that mushroom burger around. I think it's the munster cheese they put in it. I would have given them all five stars but there was an issue. We are both handicapped and in the past week and a half we've been there twice and both times the store's handicapped parking spaces were all full with employees cars. We were fine but there are those that really need to be in those parking spots.
We Ordered online & Even paid extra for fast Delivery, Only 1/2 the food was delivered by doordash. Called them about it & Person who answered knew right away & said she would Deliver it. I'm still waiting for it 2 hours later. Not eating Dinner tonight before bed. We May Not Ever order from Wendy's Again. Sorry but I'm Hungry & Mad.

Just stood at the counter while employees ignored us and then fought over who should be the one taking our order. The one who appeared to be the manager pointed at me and said, hold on and let me count to 10, while the other 3-4 employees laughed. So I just grab my kids and left.

Mushroom bacon burger was really good. Fries were hard not hot service was slow.
The employee at the front was the rudest fast food worker I've seen across many states. Blatantly rude to me while being nice to other customers. Refused to give me my drink and had to ask another employee to receive my drink. When my order came she didn't say anything on purpose leaving me to believe is was someone else's food. Ruined my food by letting it get cold. She announced everyone else's order loud and clear. I was the only customer of Hispanic origin and this definitely feels racially motivated.
