I stopped in here recently, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The temperature inside the restaurant felt like it was over 100 degrees unbearably hot and very uncomfortable to sit in.
It seemed like the air conditioning system wasn’t working properly or was being artificially maintained in a way that made dining miserable.
On top of that, my buddy nick crum waited well over 25 minutes for his food, which only added to the frustration. If I’m gonna eat in my car because it’s so hot in the facility, I would just rather cook at home.
A restaurant should be a comfortable place to enjoy a meal, and unfortunately this location fell far short of that standard.
Definitely needs serious attention to both customer service and facility conditions.

Clean the restroom, if someone don't enjoy the job are your the boss talk to them. Looks like one ladie was training and had a smile and the other was just here. Talk with your employees it's not bad.

I had such a great experience at this Zaxby’s! The service was fast and friendly—everyone had a smile! My order came out quickly, and the chicken was hot and full of flavor. Everything tasted just as good as it looked. I’ll definitely be coming back!
