Did an online order, “went big” and this is the amount of fries i received. With sauce all over the boxes, sauce spilled all in the bag, no straws, no forks, and no napkins, burnt boneless that were swimming in sauce, and hard fries, I also was told at 9:15/9:20 they were out of sweet tea, asked by a worker what other drink i would like and i told them a dr pepper and i received unsweetened tea… This is ridiculous… do better.

Zaxby's is extremely average. The epitome of mediocrity. You can absolutely buy fried chicken here, although you'd probably be better off going across the street.

I just went through the drive-thru and the cashier was so helpful and much faster than I thought. The food was amazing!!!

I ordered the #3 on the mobile app thought I give it a try and when I picked it up the bag had been taped so I thought my order be correct I had to ask for my cup as I chose make ur own drink then I get home and I don’t even have my sauces or wings just my tenders. I usually don’t have bad service probably because I go through the drive-thru but now I won’t go here no more as my money got wasted

Please make it where you can use the app to order milkshakes. We get a milkshake and two kids meals every weekend and I want to get points for my purchases. This location does have milkshakes they just turn it off on the app for some reason? The employees are great. Professional. But allow us to order this ahead!

When were people handling food able to have such long nails? I thought it was a potential contamination of food handling. There were no gloves on. Also, I understand keeping a drive time below four minutes but if I’m the only one in line why am I pulling around? The parking lot is barely big enough as is let alone with me sitting in front of the double doors blocking incoming and ongoing traffic. Food is always mediocre. Zaxbys isn’t fast food was the motto back in the day. If that is the case why is the drive time such a big deal? I was there over ten minutes in total. The customer service is lacking big time. I had attitude from both employees I dealt with

I stopped in here recently, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
The temperature inside the restaurant felt like it was over 100 degrees unbearably hot and very uncomfortable to sit in.
It seemed like the air conditioning system wasn’t working properly or was being artificially maintained in a way that made dining miserable.
On top of that, my buddy nick crum waited well over 25 minutes for his food, which only added to the frustration. If I’m gonna eat in my car because it’s so hot in the facility, I would just rather cook at home.
A restaurant should be a comfortable place to enjoy a meal, and unfortunately this location fell far short of that standard.
Definitely needs serious attention to both customer service and facility conditions.
