9 peace was a 8 peace dry and cold. 15.26 for a small meal. Get door dash to get longhorns. It will be better and cheaper. 9.99 for 9 peace so that make it about 40 to 50 a pound at Arby's

Arby's steak nuggets, 2 out of the 18 that I tried were soft and juicy, the other 16 were hard and dry as a rock. They 2 soft and juicy ones were good. Other than that my experience with the staff was great.

the manager i think her name is tiffany underwood has a nasty attitude and I’ve been there several times and every time she was there she was sitting in the lobby and a few times i seen her talking with men while the kids in the kitchen were swamped

We had nothing to eat because they had NO ROAST BEEF at 2:30 in the afternoon! We have been driving across 3 states since 9 am and we were hungry!!! This is deplorable! This is terrible planning on the part of your management!!! Your restaurant has just lost two lifelong customers! You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you do business!!! The only reason I am giving you a one rating is because there are no zeros! Terrible!!

Would give a negative star if possible. Place was not clean, trash in the floor dispensers dirty, no salt packs out, NO Arby sauce dispenser at all AND totally to top it off, OUT OF ROAST BEEF AND HAMBURGERS!!! Yes it was around 7:30pm, but to be out of roast beef when that is what Arby's is!!! Had to settle for chicken strips. Cannot recommend them. Glad they brought the potato cakes back, but here they were greasy and undercooked. Avoid this place like the plague, which you might get here!

Was told they couldn’t take orders for over two hours for shift change. I’ve been here plenty of times and this has never been a thing. The girl that came out was extremely rude.
Tried to get food at 12am ... Says open 24/7.. noone there .. no workers showed up to work not even night supervisor or manager... What a joke .... Guess I won't be back ... Craving burger just to leave empty handed you losing business.... Good luck

First time, waited for 10 minutes to order then another 10 before I finally asked to gave my order refunded. Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. Said hello twice. Nobody ever spoke. Drove around to the window. Don’t see anybody inside. Then a guy shows up a few feet inside stares at me for a little bit like he doesn’t want to come over. I wave at him to show him I’m not a ghost. He comes to the window and says our drive thru is closed today and I would have to come inside. No signs on the ordering screen that the drive thru was closed so how am I supposed to know it’s 6:30 pm on a Saturday. Never been here before what a joke of how to run a business.
