Tried the new Brown Sugar BLT, Sandwich was like a bulky cold cut!!!!Sandwich was COLD!Crinkle Fries were old...All sauces at the pump station in the lobby was out, just poorly ran/operated. The Cashier began cleaning up while Guest still in line!!! All came across as they didn't care about Customers...Just terrible!I know a LOT about running GREAT Restaurants...#DGreat

My wife and I stopped at this Arby's in Holly Springs Ms. We were having second thoughts when noticing all of the employees looked unclean and overall ghetto as hell. We decided to order and boy did we regret it. The food wasn't fresh and cold. In short, my wife got food poisoning and I ended up throwing the majority of mine away. If you are decent people and value a clean, safe, and courteous place to eat, then please stay away from this country independent owned dump. If you go, you will regret it. Let them severe that garbage to their locals!

Horrible. People nice but the drive through is hardly ever open. If they bother to come on the speaker. Sorry our drive through is closed pls come inside. If I wanted to come inside I would have done just that, so I just drive down the road where there are 7 other fast food places that will take my order. As soon as I find out the corporate phone number I will be calling. I did not go to McDonald's for a year in Holly Springs because of rude Mgmt & staff.

Went there at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and it was closed. People were inside working but they told me it was closed. No sign or anything and Google had it as open. Arby’s Franchise needs to dig in at the Holly Springs location.

Sat in drive thru waiting for 5+ minutes. Drove up to window, and had 3 employees stare at me and not even acknowledge I existed for another 5 minutes. 3 other cars saw this and drove away. All of this happening at 4:44pm on 11.19.23
