I placed a drive-thru order for my coworker and myself. The girl (Tee) who took my order was SO RUDE!!! She acted like she did not want to communicate and when we asked her something, she always cut us off, as if she was rushing us off. She gave my coworker the wrong order and the soda (no carbonation) and tea were horrible. Her attitude was ATROCIOUS, no smile or anything. If you’re not a people person, you DON’T need to be in customer service!!!

This place needs to be investigated. I placed an order at 7:50. I was asked to pull up, waited about 20 minutes, went inside and was told no chicken was available. I was instructed to go back to the window because the strips would be ready shortly. After going to the window the 2nd time, my food was still not ready and it would take 1 minute for strips. I said ok however the next time they came back to the window, I was given my money back. The entire time 10+ cars are all waiting for their food. I left the store at 8:40 with no chicken and terrible customer service. This needs to be addressed swiftly.

I went through the drive through and wasnt too sure what I wanted according to the original pieces they had left, I think his name was Dante or something but he was so patient and helpful and then SUDDENLY a girl blirts into the speaker, IS THAT ALL, YOUR TOTAL 21.79, so That jerked my anxiety big time. So Im like, Im sorry are you speaking to me or did you accidentally yell into the speaker cause the young man was helping me, she blirts out again in disregard, YOUR TOTAL IS 21.79, PULL AROUND. So I did, instantly irritated, I asked why she did that and where is the guy that was initially helping me, he came to the window and I thanked him for being patient and helpful with an old veteran who rarely eats KFC. The rude or irritated girl Kay Kay at the window was just so........ all I know is, she either needs to work on her customer service or she needs to find another job at a desk away from people. KFC in Holly Springs please take up some customer service workshops and incentives for your staff.
Ms Michelle was the Best Customer Service I ever witnessed in my life. I’m from Atlanta and no KFC Chicken Taste that Good. Thank you Ms.Michelle ❤️

I handicap door was locked. Your employees would not unlock it so we had to leave very unusual. We should’ve called the fire department and told him about your lock door for other people safety.
