I handicap door was locked. Your employees would not unlock it so we had to leave very unusual. We should’ve called the fire department and told him about your lock door for other people safety.

We are just traveling through, but this was my first time to have KFC in a long time, and it wasn't good. The person who took our order was sweet and nice, but the food was not good. The potato bowl used to have cheese on it, and it was still advertised with it, and the chicken used to be so good!! I didn't have any cheese. The corn kind of looks a little.... old.. and I don't know if it had the new chicken nuggets or what kind of chicken this was, but it was chewy and flavorless. The only perk was at least it was hot.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken only and was told to pull around and they would bring it out. Sit for 20mins still no one came out. Had to walk in to get 3 pieces of chicken. This is ridiculous!!!! Never coming back.
