Came in because of the big sign on the window saying $7 meals. The person at the counter of course says we are not doing that anymore and of course the won't honor the price. Disappointed.

Food was hot just taste old!! Customer service awful management was outside talking for at least 45 minutes while I waited for fresh food!! The heavy set man with the big belly yeah!!

We went during a not so busy time. There were a few cars in the drive through, but only a few people inside. We ordered off the menu so it should not have been a big deal. After about 10 minutes, they brought my wife’s chicken. 20 more minutes passed before I got my spicy chicken sandwich. No one apologized. The manager came out and asked two other customers what they were waiting on and they got their food and left, even though I had ordered before them. Seemed like no one working there really cared. Good thing we were just passing through. By the way, when I got my sandwich, it wasn’t even spicy.

Came in during a not so busy time. Ordered off their menu, so should not have been an issue. I waited literally 31 minutes for a spicy sandwich. My wife was completely through eating by the time I got my meal. I heard the cook say to tell me that I'll get it when I get it. The whole place looked neglected. The ambiance gave the vibe of a bunch of people just there for a paycheck. The floor was sticky. The condiment table was absolutely filthy and under stocked. The manager asked two other customers what they were waiting on but never spoke to me. And in the end, I got a regular chicken sandwich instead of what I ordered.

Was traveling & thought it would be quick. Nope! All the workers just kept walking past the register & ignoring the long line. Then when we finally got to order, it was just as long of a wait for the food. Finding a clean table was not going to happen. Found the less greasy of one & wiped the crumbs with a napkin.

Sucks! $50 for a 16 piece meal. Chicken greasy,soggy,and tasting like fish! Same with fries! Didn't get biscuits! And the sides tasted 3 days old. No one will answer phones to complain. Too irritated to drive the 15 miles and bring back for refund. Someone needs to make this right! Too much money to have some soggy fishy chicken n fries with leftover sides! Wish I could give 0☆ and get my $50 back!!!!

The food here was gross. I have no idea what the thing was that they called a chicken wing. Very strange!! The rude manager was yelling at the lazy staff in front of the customers. The dinning room was just nasty. Somebody needs to clean this place. They also said that they didn’t have any change. So, my meal was $21.16 so they charged me $22.00. Why should I have to pay for the fact they they didn’t have any change? Please eat somewhere else. NASTY!!Parking: ??
