At the time we ordered our Mcnuggets, I requested they cook them fresh. (This is why I parked my vehicle and went inside in the first place. The young lady went over and proceeded to place Nuggets that were sitting in the bin in a bag, Nuggets that were sitting there when I came in and bring them over to me. I reminded her that I preferred them to be fresh (hot.) She politely took the bag out of my hands, went to the back, and I took a seat. Approximately 7-8 minutes later she came back to the counter with a bag of (2) 10 piece Nuggets that I assumed were fresh (hot), only to discover once I got back to my vehicle, they were the same warm Nuggets I had before.
I started to email my dissatisfaction, but if they put that much effort into not preparing my food the way I prefer to eat it, that's not some place that I and my famiky should be eating. FULL STOP!

In the morning if you come early you may get a hot and fresh breakfast meal and coffee,same applies to lunch go at end of breakfast. Dinners or coming here near 830pm your food is more likely to be cold, probably leftover food not freshly cooked. If you're food is less than warm, speak to the manager for a freshly cooked meal not put in a microwave and reheated. Make them earn that name McDonald's. If they eat hot fresh cooked food and have it for their friends and family; we deserve it also. There's more of us that come there for McDonald's than their friends and family. Treat us right or we'll stop coming and next door, across the street or down the street to your competitors. Come y'all get it together, feed us like you cooking for your friends, family and yourselves.

First 5 star ever for McDonald's. Greeted at the door. Clean restrooms. Clean front area. Made a last minute change n the Mgr was more than accommodating. Food order was perfect n hot. Great job!
