McDonalds charges for everything which is no fault of the employees but it feels like nickle and dime time. And the bathroom was a mess and smelled horribly. I asked for no sausage and double eggs, I received sausage and a sliver of additional eggs. Won't be visiting another McDonald's anytime soon.

Possibly one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Staff was disorganized, and rude. The lobby was filthy, and I waited 20 minutes for a wrong order, that I ate anyways, because I just didn't want to deal with them again.Came hungry, left hungry and angry. Don't go here.

Employees all act mad at the world especially high school students except for one young lady, I think her name was Lue Kayla, African American young lady who was on night shift college student very professional and courteous, noticed she was even a great team player with the other employees!!Need more employees like her!! Food was hot but messy looking and fries was too salty and just thrown in the bag!!

I used the McDonalds app. It gave me a confirmation page stating it had been paid. My granddaughter did a screencap of the confirmation page and went to the town where the only McDonalds is Located ( Holly Springs, MS). We live in Waterford, MS. The person at the counter said he couldn't take it and she would have to order and pay for it again. Okay, so we'd have to pay for one item twice. But then he told her that he couldn't take her order because the front counter was closed. She would have to go though the drive through which was going out of the parking lot since it was so busy. So, she came home with no order and I was out the money I had paid for the item. She had asked to speak to the manager. May I add that the customer service person also told her she would have to call the number to the app. But he told her he didn't know how to do that because he didn't use the app. I tried for over 20 minutes to find a phone number to the app and all it did was give me the number to the store.Also she was told when she came through the line, she would have to have my phone even though she had a screen shot of the paid order. No where on the app does it state that. Nor on all their big signs telling people how wonderful the app is. But I did expect the app to state that somewhere, if nothing else on the page where it's paid for. This was just ridicules.

Served under cooked meat too a pregnant female who is now sick. When we called to speak too the manager he was rude seemed like we inconvenience him told us to “come back and replace the burgers then.” No apology NOTHING! Extremely disappointing since my daughter loves them!

Drive thru order was incorrect. No one at the pay window. Order had to be corrected and paid for at the pick up window. Sat in drive thru at least 10 minutes for 1 Frappe. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Other customers were pulling out of the drive thru and leaving.
