The burger was gross the meat wasnt that hot and hard like it was made a while ago. The bun was extremely thin i didnt think it had a bottom bun at first. Bread was not that fresh. It was 10:30am meat must of sat all morning i am confused why it wasnt fresher. Made the burger taste bad. I get the super sonic double cheese burger often and this is one I wish I didnt eat. Cant recommend anyone eating here if you get similar to what I got.

First off let me start by saying I understand that everyone is not a morning person!! Same as everyone is not a night person but if God has blessed you with a job and you decide to put your clothes on in the morning and come to work, then act like you appreciate making an earnest living for you and possibly your family! If you gotta sound like you don’t want to be there then stay at home! Cause ain’t nobody sending for you!! Bottom line when you’re serving the public, you took on that responsibility when you got hired! But just like you got hired, just know that you can be fired too!! The young white girl with the jacked up ponytail that works mornings struck a nerve this morning on the mic with me, honey just leave, move around cause that attitude in your voice is not acceptable!! We as citizens don’t have to spend our money so that you can get paid!! She is very lucky I didn’t have time to see the manager!! If you have a problem before you make it to work then check yourself before you interact with the customers cause everyone is not going to give you a pass!! And I spend good money at this food chain weekly!! But I see now imma just go elsewhere and spend my &50/&60 weekly sometimes daily at this food chain! Just like I did this morning!! And I hope your manager reads this cause while you’re ungrateful coming to a job, someone else out there would be very grateful and have the good sense God gave them and be happy & grateful for that job, silly rabbit!!

They are very skimpy on the drink flavors. This is not like a normal sonic. It's like a budget sonic. The people are very nice and polite, though.

When I tell you the car hop lady Faith is the highlight of this drive in restaurant, Other than her, The service is Crap, food old as hell. I ordered a chz burger with extra cheese, the burger patty was cold,and they had to know this because the cheese wasn't melted, it just sitting there like the statue of Liberty on this cold old burnt around the edges patty that obviously should've been wasted out, nevertheless I complain to whoever the rude AZ guy who is working the speaker, He cut me off while I was expressing my concerns and then had the audacity to cut the speaker off when I asked him did he cut me off, needless to say, I rudely ask for refund because the way I see is why would take on a hospitality position and don't want to show freaking Hospitality, keep you rude ,no customer service having AZ off that speaker. Talking by he Abt fix my burger over, no the hell you're not, give my dam money back is what u gone do.

Online ordering doesn't match credit card charges. Can't be fixed at the Sonic location, called the number and they tried to offer coupons that didn't equal the amount of over charge. Still haven't heard from management or the people that can actually resolve the issue

Natasha has a HORRIBLE attitude! Horrible customer service from her while taking order and while handing it out. She asked did we want ketchup. I said “yes ma’am and bbq sauce” to what she replied “I was just asking about the ketchup” and rolled her eyes. Despite the rumors about sonic, after living in the area 3 years I decided to come today for the first time, now I won’t be back!
