From worker to customer, I will always love Sonic. They need to fix the parking lot though.Update 3/8/2022: They have fixed the parking lot. Service still the same.Update 6/28/2022: Seems like they don't listen, even when order is repeated. Wrong size cup. Hubby's coffee drink is never on point. Shakes so thick that it literally hurts your mouth when sucked through a straw. Carhops don't wait on their tips anymore. It needs an update in employee status and morals.Update 6/1/2023: Ordered online 2 hours before I had to pick it up for work. Only had a burger and a slush and it took them over my time to receive my order. Then the car hop didn't speak or anything, even gave her a tip thru the app. Holly Springs must approve their online services. I did everything correctly. The burger patties looked and feel old, but, it might have been in the holding area for a minute before they cooked my food. Remember, I used to work at this location, so, I know what I'm talking aboutUpdate 3/27/2024: Everything was good, hot, and fresh...love the thick shake!

Pick up time for our order was 8:47. We received our food at 9pm. Not a big deal.... they left my tots out ... when I asked for them, they brought them about 10 min later stone cold... my husbands milkshake was pure milk... not frozen at all... when he asked about it they told us the milkshake machine was broken. My husband asked for a refund and was told she would make him another one... 25 minutes later no milkshake .....I called the corporate customer service number and was told we could not get a refund, only a giftcard. So we paid for something, was told the machine was broken, and couldn't get a refund??? This is the absolute most horrible customer service I have ever seen. We left after sitting there 45 minutes with no milkshake. I'll stick to Chick-fil-a who actually cares about their customers.

Took a while to get my order but I didn't mind that. What really bothered me was, I left with my order went 3 lights up the road...and everything was cold. The #4 hamburger was hard like it was cooked yesterday but the cheese wasn't melted. The plain coney dog that I ordered for my pet was so charred he refused to eat it and I don't blame him. My tots were cold like they were cooked hours ago. Never again....

This Sonic is near the highway and has to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to!The car hop is the only good thing about this Sonic! Everything else was the worst!!I ordered a complete meal a number 1, with large fries and a Route 44 drink with no ice.When my meal came out it was either someone else's meal or was just completely wrong! It was a Jr burger with a small order of tots and a medium drink with ice in it.The receipt was the only right thing! I had to wait 20 minutes for them to correct it and bring it back only to be the wrong order again!This time it was a foot long with a large tot and a medium coke when I clearly ordered a Sonic cheese burger with large fries and a Route 44 cherry vanilla Dr pepper with no ice.I had to send it back again and it took another 30 mins before my order came out again! This time it was still not fully right. It had a small Fri and my drink was loaded with ice.I am very upset over this because someone talked to me threw the intercom, treated me with utter disrespect, and tried to say I was trying to get stuff I didn't pay for, when I had the receipt in my hand. This person sent the car hop back to my vehicle for the receipt to take in and verify my order.They did not return my receipt and finally got my order right. I told the car hop I would be filing a complaint with the corporate office over all of this including how I was treated and explained it had nothing to do with her but everything to do with the staff inside!This Sonic staff needs training on how to treat their costumers and I could hear another costumer yelling at the staff inside over the intercom about how their order was completely wrong as well, someone isn't doing their job in this Sonic and it need to be fixed, this was at almost 230pm.

I come to this Sonic fairly often. Most slots were filled when I arrived so I expected them to be busy. Pressed the red button, the screen said "red button activated". Waited a good 10 minutes and decided to try a different slot. Got immediate service. Saw a different lady come to my preciously slot, press the button, wait, then left while I was waiting on my food. Let the lady know that stall #7 didn't seem like it was working, she said "no, it doesn't work" and walked off. There's no sign or anything. Thanks for wasting multiple people's time. The food however was as good as expected from any other Sonic.
