Poor employees can’t read an online order. So don’t expect anything to be right.
I ordered on line and paid. Got there and was the only customer and they didn't have ordered started and was very rude and said park out front! I waited over 10 minutes for an order that didn't have the 4 ingredients I paid extra for. Rude people and I will never be back!!!

I refuse to ever go back to the taco bell in hollysprings. The worst experience ever. I went through the drive thru being the only car there, No one inside either. After waiting 5 minutes at the window I was asked to pull around the front where I waited another 10 minutes. When I got my order I noticed a taco was missing. I had to go in the store to ask for the taco. They didn't greet me and just stared at me. I told them they left a taco out of my order. The lady asked if I had the order with the bean burrito with no beans.... WTH. Not sure what that is but I ordered one without onions. So had to go back out to my car to get the burrito. Came to the counter and opened it and sure enough it just had onions and cheese. No one said a word to me, no sorry, I'll fix it or anything. The lady final brought me my food and told me I can throw away the opened burrito on the counter. Really!!! Those where the only word out of your mouth. I told her she can throw it away and I just walked right out the door. And will never be back. It was worse than any fast food in memphis.My daughter also had a similar experience when they first opened the new store.

We ordered from Uber Eats, and it was awful. We tried to put in the description if we could get fresh fries, and we got nacho fries that were unedible. We were also missing a drink from our order. But Uber made that up to us, not the store. The rest of the food was ok ish because it was taco, but my two cruchy taco were soggy and gross. Don't waste your time here to go to a different one. It's not worth it

Confusion at the drive thru with cars moving forward to limited parking spaces. My order was handed into 2 different vehicles ?

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip thinking it would be a quick stop. Our entire order was 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a chicken cantina burrito. About 20 minutes after ordering, a staff member confirmed my order with me. 40 minutes after ordering, another staff member spoke with me about my order and informed me that they never received it, and therefore had not even started making it. At least 3 other people/groups that ordered in the lobby had the same issue as well as long wait times.
There was also a large soda spill on the floor that had not been cleaned up and had no wet floor signs posted.

I normally have good experiences here but apparently now they like to tell customers that they’re closed after they come to pick up an order they made almost an hour ahead of closing and arrived 30 minutes before closing. Thanks to y’all I didn’t get to eat tonight just because you didn’t want to dirty what you already cleaned and you decided to cancel my order.

Service was terrible, the girl at the window kept yelling at someone in the parking lot while we were trying to pay, they got the order wrong, and didn't give us our full order. I love Taco Bell but the people that were working tonight have a horrible work ethic and no respect.

Don't let the reviews fool you. Yes the good is fine but the service is terrible. No pride, no sense of urgency either. The service got worse when they split it up from KFC and that's a fact

New-concept Taco Bell that has just opened in a separate building next to the KFC. Restaurant and bathrooms were extremely clean, the employees were friendly, and the food was quickly served and tasted great. You can use the self-order kiosk or order in-person at the register, but there were some menu options that could only be found on the kiosk and some that were only on the in-store menu. Since it's a brand new restaurant, they may still be working out the kinks.

I went inside to order, there wasn't anyone at the counter, so I used the kiosk. I got my order and had to go back to the counter to ask for sauce I was told where to get , there wasn't any mild sauce so I walked back to the counter there were 5 employees stand in a circle one saw me and told the other they just continued to talk and laugh, one made a remark I see her, I stood there but no one came over finally I walked away got in my car & left. I got home to eat & my order was messed up. I'm not happy of the customer service and for them ignoring me. I had to use the kiosk and they didn't even get my order right. Really disappointing of how they treated me . Will not go back. Was my 1st time in over a year cause of a bad experience. Will not give them another chance.

This is got to be the filthest restaurants on earth !!! , I can't believe they're in business , the bathrooms were disgusting , the faucet in the men's bathroom was actually broken , water just constantly ran with no way to turn the water off , the whole place is run down , take my advice , do not go there , even if you're starving and nothing else is open !!!
