We went tonight 11/30/25 at 5:37 pm. We obviously didnât have high hopes because unfortunately we all know drive throughs in general are hit or miss most of the time. We were greeted at the drive through by Makyla C. & she so so so pleasant. I cannot express enough how friendly, kind, patient, & professional she was. Both my and my husband turned to each other and said âwow she was so niceâ pulling away from the speaker. It has been quite a long time since we have encountered someone so full of joy at a drive through. We were sure to let her know how grateful we were to get to experience her light tonight. She was truly a joy & I hope she never loses her passion in whatever she chooses to pursue in the future. 10/10 give that girl a raise, she really raised the bar.

Everyone could learn from the customer service and product delivery at this location. The teamwork shows in the attention to detail. The crew also built personal relationships with regular customers. In a city where customer service SUCKS everywhere else, this Taco Bell is a diamond in the rough.

Extremely rude and everybody had an attitude. Went through the drive through, tried ordering my food and after everything was on the screen another lady came on the headset and told me to repeat my entire order, they put the wrong quesadilla on the screen so I corrected them and the lady yelled at me saying itâs the girls first time doing orders donât tell her to fix it when I was literally just trying to make sure my orders right. The lady kept yelling at me over the speaker with an attitude when I was just trying to order my food and leave, got to the window and she told me to pull up. Went inside because I forgot to order some things bc I was so overwhelmed with her yelling at me in the drive- through. Had an attitude and asked what I was inside for. They all act like they hate their lives and are extremely rude and unprofessional.

The food is fine but the drive through, while polite, has you drive around and park despite no one being behind you. Then they take 10-15 minutes to bring out your food.

Came here for a quick bite for dinner with the wife. The inside is well kept and tidy. The food was served hot a with no mistakes. The server even went the extra mile to offer us free stuff while we waited. Just a good experience.

This Taco Bell has the best employees! They were very fast and my food was hot and as ordered. I noticed that they seem to have changed the steak they use. It had great flavor and a much better texture than before. I went through the drive-thru and not only was the person taking my payment super pleasant, someone else took the time to come over and greet me as well. I know they have a tough job sometimes, and just want to recognize them for their great work. Thanks for brightening my day!

Horrible Taco Bell. Service was garbage. Food was bland. It took over 15-20 minutes to get our order and they werenât even busy. They left off half our order and when I up to tell them I got attitude and eye rolls. It still took another 10-15 minutes to get our missing items. We wonât return to this location.
Worst salad burrito with a spoon full of beef. Would rate at zero stars if possible.
