I tell you what I Ben going to Victoria Pizza for 40 years since I was a little kid I am 46 now the original owners was so good the food was unbelievable the pizza was great and stake sandwiches everything was unbelievable Good now it's under new ownership and the pizza it horrible it so bad I will not be going there anymore it's a shame the original owners don't own it anymore so many memories there good memories that pizza was the best in the hole usa I know it !!!!! nothing will ever come close to the original victors nothing it's so a shame it's not the same anymore definitely not going back there because it's under new ownership not the same thing anymore it's bad

I ordered my pizza and was late picking it up… I guess. This man literally called my phone number to tell me to come pick up my order cussing me out threatening to block my number.

Obviously doesn't give a s*** about customer service. We Drove from Olive Branch to get a Victors Pizza, I grew up in Holly & used to love going to Victor's when Sonia owned it, but since she sold to this Man Who ever he is, It's Not worth it at all!!! He told us that Sonia didn't make good pizza, but you bought this business from her! Anyway, the pizza tasted okay, but DID NOT TASTE NEARLY AS GOOD AS YRS AGO. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! ALSO. NO BATHROOM IN THERE.....WELL NOT ONE THAT HE WILL LET YOU USE. PLENTY OF TABLES & CHAIRS. BUT HE ONLY SELLS PIZZA TO GO. Doesn't WANT PEOPLE INSIDE, only to get your pizza. THIS IS THE CRAZIEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Zero Stars!!! Horrible horrible customer service!! Call to ask if their pizza dough was fresh or pre baked and I could not believe that he told me he puts fresh socks on and steps on the dough I don't know what made him think it was okay to be so rude to someone trying to pay for food service but just horrible I was shocked!!!!!

This establishment has no sense of urgency, customer appreciation, and definitely appeared to have third-world health code standards. Owner demanded I wait outside (establishment was fully furnished) and would not refund after explaining my concerns.Pizza was left at front door.Do not recommend.

If you are worried about Covid, wear masks. Don’t be rude. I ordered a pizza and had to use the bathroom while waiting outside. You got rude and said I can’t come back in because of Covid. You let me in to order your gross pizza and you do not have masks.
