You need to fix your booths that tou sit in. Everyone of them has tape on them. And the person that took my order assumed I wanted a small, didn't even ask. I would had did a medium but I'm not about to waste food.

We came in with a large group(10-12). Had a specific order, gave them the list and the entire order was messed up. Fries were cold, nuggets cold, burgers came with everything we asked to have removed. Employees were so busy trying to visit with a gentelman (did not order, was just here to visit) that walked in that im not surprised that our order was incorrect.

Great job at 2:30 pm on 6/30/2025...great customer service and food.
My husband and I walked up to counter at Wendy's in New Albany MS and there were 4 employees behind counter that NEVER greeted us or even spoke. We stood there for a few minutes. They stood back there just talking and laughing. We were not even looked at. So we left and I will not go to that one ever again. IT WAS SORRY PERIOD!!

Typical Wendy's fast food. The staff were friendly and inviting. The breakfast we got was okay. My bacon, egg and cheese croissant wasn't that warm.
